So this was my first time eating at this restaurant. We ordered three separate burgers with three separate side dishes. The food came promptly given how busy they were. However the order was completely wrong with the three of us getting each other's burgers which we did not realize until we were half finished. To top it off my daughter found onions in hers which made her a little upset as she can't eat onions. We just finished the food and as we had leftovers we asked them to pack it up for us. Turns out they threw out half of the food and only packed half of it for us to take. They did give us a complimentary poutine in lieu of throwing out our original poutine. As for the taste, I had the tornado fries which were crispy however extremely bland. I expected some hot sauce or salt on them but they were very plain. The poutine was decent and the jucy Lucy burger was alright. I'll let this very bad experience go past and I'll give them another try next time I'm in the area.

I would say that they're very polite, quick to take the order and explain the menu and were prompt to serve the food and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained including the bathroom.

UPDATE : AN absolutely amazing experience this time. We ordered the standard burger combo with fries and a drink and have to say that compared to the previous experience, this was 10000x better. I'd definitely recommend this place. Food was amazingly good, fresh...
