Fairly consistent. When it's busy a bit off-putting because the process is labour intensive, not the fault of worker(s). Just beware BEFORE you order when there' a pile-o-people. Based on price, I expect more and more competition to enter the market as it's overpriced everywhere imo. I always ordered with tapioca, and one time the balls kept jamming up the already huge diameter straw, so frustrating, especially when driving. Take a smaller diameter straw as well in order to help clear the way just in case this...

We love the franchise but this location is bizarre. Manager seems to be cost-cutting and waters down the drinks . The tapioca pearls were noticeably worse than other locations as they froze right away. Will avoid this location but still frequent other real fruit...

At the time of my visit, only 1 employee was working. I purchased a Large Original Black Milk Tea (cold, with tapioca) and I thought the price was worth the amount of product that I got. It’s a pretty decent place to satisfy your bubble...
