CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice — Restaurant in Mississauga

Found several hair strands in my drink. I called this Coco branch to let them know, and an employee said a supervisor would call me shortly. An hour passed and still no call. They were closing soon so I called back. Spoke to the supervisor (Caesar), and asked why no one had called me back to resolve the issue. He said he wasn’t able to call because they were busy, and said I can just send them an email about the issue, and wait to hear back. I asked for a refund, and didn’t want to get any drink from this location again. He told me I would need to speak to a manager, and that they’d call me back. No apologies or anything, and I feel like they didn’t really care. If I were the supervisor or manager, I would treat this with a sense of urgency. I’m not really one to complain or make a big fuss, but just feel like this was poorly handled. It’s now past 9 pm, store’s closed, no call from the manager. If I could give this location no stars at all, I would. Will be sending an email to Peel Public Health about this incident instead. I would steer clear of...

Ordered an oolong milk tea with pearls and received a drink with just milk, liquid sugar and pearls. Good thing I looked at the drink color or else I would have just been drinking milk and didn’t realize… there was no oolong in my drink.

Took pictures and the drink is just white, not the usual brownish when there’s tea mixed.

Reached out to store and waiting for a response. Will update accordingly when receive a response.

Response to the below: absolutely not true, I got the same drink about a week before with same ingredients and you could taste the oolong. I couldn’t even taste the oolong in yesterday’s drink. I don’t understand how a drink with oolong or any tea and just be white.

UPDATE: Changing my review as owner as resolved the issue. Didn't expect a fix to this but owner offered a solution. Updating rating for service. Still not sure why the employee didn't just advise there...

I came here the other day thinking this was a place to get a quick drink to quench my thirst, but boy was I wrong. Cesar Sampang, the acting supervisor made my drink and I just want to say--if you're reading this Cesar...I just want to thank you and curse you. Thanks to you, I was left satisfied and panting. Every sip left me frothing at the mouth, waiting for the sweet nectar of the lemon green tea to touch my lips and the sheer bliss as the tapioca coursed and surged through my body. I want to say I hate you because I can no longer drink anything else--everything else is unpalatable and I immediately puke out any drink that isn't from this location. But I can't because I know that I'll be waiting at the front of your establishment every day from now on, like a dog waiting to...
