Reviews are generally positive, with many praising the cookie quality and flavor diversity. A TripAdvisor user shared, “Picked up a few cookies from here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Cookie was pretty good and definitely worth a try and visit.” However, some customers note that the cookies are priced at a premium, with a single large cookie costing around $7.99. We visited this location for the first time and were pleased with the overall experience. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
We decided to purchase two 6-packs of cookies to sample the week’s flavors. The cookies were generously sized, delicious, and soft, each with its own unique texture and taste. Due to their large size, they are perfect for sharing. While they are undeniably tasty, they lean towards the sweeter side.
Overall, we enjoyed every cookie we tried and would definitely return for...
Read moreI will never come to Crumbl again. I tried it for the first time arriving at the store on May 6th at 9:15pm. There was a line out the door up to the adjacent Red Wing Restaurant, with such a long line, my girlfriend and I were hopeful that although the cookies are pricey, it would be worth the experience. While waiting in line we placed an online order to speed us the service, we ordered a mini 3-pack of the following flavours: Pink Velvet, Chocolate Chip, and Lemon Poppyseed. We were eventually ushered into the store at 9:40 where we waited for our pickup for 9:52. There were 3 lines inside the store, one for kiosk ordering, one with a cashier and one for pickup. The pickup line extended across the front door, leading to confusion inside the shop. There was a screen at the top that displayed our names when we placed an order. While waiting in line, I noticed my name suddenly disappearing from the screen, leaving me in confusion whether someone took my order. Eventually, people who ordered after us were getting there orders sooner, unsure of how their process works. Turns out, that just what they do, they remove your name from the queue when they start preparing your cookies. Regardless, we eventually got out cookies at 9:58pm. Not sure how it took 20mins to get our cookies, but we were disappointed yet eager to try them.
Chocolate Chip: disappointment. instead of a crunchy exterior texture and a soft interior, I was met with mush, this is by far the worst cookie I've ever had. 1 Quarter of a cookie was way too sweet for both of us and we were left with very oily fingers. We also counted exactly 3 chocolate chips. Why are they skimping on ingredients when a tiny cookie costs $4...
Lemon Poppyseed: less disappointment. Better than the chocolate chip, a very mild lemon flavour with no poppyseed covered in a layer of glaze. This was also complete mush, only saved by the thing layer of crispy glaze surrounding the cookie. This was less sweet than the chocolate but still an absolute disappointment.
Pink Velvet: The layer of frosting was 2x thicker than the cookie itself, the frosting was very melted (as expected) and the cookie was just as mushy as the other. I do not see a need to add sweet frosting on an overtly sweet cookie.
Crumbl is garbage. We threw the cookies out instead of suffering through them. This mini 3 pack cost $12 and I'd rather just get a box of Costco cookies or a Krispy Kreme donut just down the road.
But hey, at least they have a cute box.
TLDR: Don't waste your money or time on these. The texture of the cookies is similar to mash potatoes and the equivalent of eating a scoop of brown sugar. All for the high price of $6...
Read moreTHE WORST PLACE I EVER WENT TO!! rude staff and a manager who blames everything on you and says that you don’t follow the rules. RIDICULOUS! I was ordering cookies for myself for the first time, however I wasn’t able to pickup the order myself and asked my mother to pick it up instead. As the instructions while ordering it asked for a name for the order, I put my mothers name and I was convinced like every other order I’ve done before and as the instructions mentioned to say the name for the order and that you are here for your pickup. My mother walks in greeted by a lady, she tells her the name and that she is here for a pickup order that her daughter ordered. She asked her what time she ordered which was 11:10am and she walked away. My mother waited 30 MINUTES. Other people walking in ordering and receiving their in store orders while she was still standing there. After 30 minutes my mother got frustrated and called for the manager who mentioned to her about clicking ON AN APP that you’re here. Before I mention the frustrated part I must add that I was clicking for my mom (at home that “I’m here” as they insisted on the app) but they claimed that I was too far and that I must send her the link to the app so she can press it herself. That’s just ridiculous my mother isn’t attached to her phone like that and is not good with technology. And let me just say since when is pressing I’m here on an app more logical and more valuable than saying it in person!!!!!! That is just ridiculous to me. That is when the manager started stating to my mom that she doesn’t follow the rules. If pressing this “I’m here” on the app is so important you must extend the area so I the person who orders can press it for the person who picks it up if saying “I’m here” by mouth just doesn’t mean anything anymore or the lady at the front should inform or remind about clicking on the app. Now instead of the manager understanding and acknowledging that maybe it’s the app that is faulty, blamed everything on my mother and faulting her that she doesn’t follow the rules. Definitely the first and last time I ever order from there and my mom said she will never go there again. Be careful while...
