The Danish Pastry House is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm, delicious smell of fresh pastries seriously, it’s like stepping into a little piece of heaven.

The pastries here are incredible. They have everything from buttery croissants to perfectly flaky Danish treats, and each one is better than the last. You can tell they put so much care into making everything fresh and flavorful. It’s hard not to want one of everything!

But honestly, what really makes this place special is the staff, especially Maija. She’s absolutely amazing. Not only is she super friendly, but she has this energy that just makes your day better. Maija genuinely loves what she does, and it shows. She’s always smiling, and she takes the time to chat with you, recommend her favorite treats, and make sure you leave happy. She’s one of those people who makes you feel welcome the second you walk in.

Oh, and her pastry recommendations? Spot on. I swear, every time she suggests something, it ends up being my new favorite. Maija has a knack for making the whole experience feel personal and memorable.

The vibe of the place is also great! Cozy, relaxed, and perfect for catching up with a friend or just treating yourself to a quiet moment with coffee and a pastry. But let’s be real, Maija is the real MVP here. She’s one of those people who makes a good place unforgettable.

I just visited Danish Coffee Roasters at Erin Mills Shopping Centre and had the pleasure of being served by Youssef. I playfully challenged him to craft the best latte he could, especially since I’ve just returned from Melbourne, a city globally renowned for its specialty coffee scene.

Had a terrible experience. Despite being there only one more customer in the store, staff rushed me to make a quick purchase. They falsely claimed a discount for 6 items, but when I insisted on an itemized receipt, no discount was applied. They tried to compensate with an extra item, but I demanded the promised discount, eventually getting it back on my card. To add to the frustration, they initially packed only 5 items instead of 6, claiming I must have lost it. Another customer backed me up, and I finally received the missing item.
