Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Honestly a pretty lackluster experience at this location. We ordered a 6 cheese pizza with a few other toppings and once it was picked up and brought back, we realized that there was no way this pizza was what we ordered. As such, we called the store and explained that maybe due to the high volume of pizzas being made our got mixed up and if it could get remade. The first person we spoke to said they could credit our account, but after wanting to speak to the manager for clarification, we not we suddenly NOT able to get this, and told that we were wrong and the pizza ( that we have in front of us and is clearly wrong ) was made correct because they are "too busy to make mistakes" and there was nothing that could be done. After again explaining that we just wanted the pizza remade the manager again basically told us to pound sand and that they couldn't have possibly done something wrong. I find it pretty interesting that this location has signs up on their counter begging for people to leave 5 star reviews, however cannot seem to be willing to help their customers out

EDIT: Adding in photos of the pizza we got at this location compared to the exact same order at a different location. The pizza with the missing slices is from this Dominos ( the pizza that could not possibly be wrong ) however when looking at these side by side it's clear you guys made an error. Too bad your ego got in the way of providing quality...

As someone who enjoys pizza, I recently ordered two pizzas from Domino's for take-away - the Alfredo with mushroom topping pizza and the BBQ sauce and chicken pizza. Overall, I have to say that both pizzas were impressive and made for a satisfying meal.

Starting with the Alfredo with mushroom topping pizza, I was immediately struck by how rich and creamy the Alfredo sauce was. The mushrooms added an earthy and savory flavor that complimented the sauce well. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, which made for a pleasant texture contrast with the toppings. All in all, this pizza was indulgent and satisfying.

The second pizza, the BBQ sauce and chicken, was a classic favorite and it did not disappoint. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy, and it paired perfectly with the juicy chunks of chicken on top. Again, the crust was crispy and chewy, providing a great foundation for the toppings. The flavor balance was spot-on, making for a delicious and well-rounded pizza.

Overall, I would highly recommend both of these pizzas from Domino's for anyone in the mood for a satisfying...

So we placed an order which we received after 1.5 hours.. and when I called the store after 35 minutes the store Manager named Deepinder said they came and called me thrice .. (I never received any call) when I asked them as why the driver didn’t knock she said he was waiting outside.. then she said that the pizza will be delivered in the next 15-20 minutes.. I made sure to give her an alternate number just in case if they ever really tried to reach me before.. after another half an hour of waiting when I called them again the same manager gave me the same excuse that they called me thrice.. again none of the numbers got any call or any voicemail.. plus we waited for 10 minutes outside our house just in case if the driver doesn’t know to ring the bell or knock the door. Now she says that we will get the pizza in another 15 minutes.. I just want to let you know that you had been utterly unprofessional and pathetic service!!! .. you didn’t had the simple courtesy of apologizing even once .forget offering anything complimentary for the worst service. I WISH I COULD RATE THIS SERVICE...
