🍕 Domino’s Pizza – 6750 Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga, ON 🍕 I recently visited this Domino’s location and honestly had such a great experience! ⭐ ✨ First of all, the thin crust pizza was absolutely delicious 😋🔥 – perfectly crispy and loaded with flavor. Their dips are also really good 🥫👌, and if you have a sweet tooth like me, don’t miss their Choco Lava Cake 🍫🍰 – it’s warm, gooey, and melts in your mouth. Truly the perfect dessert to end your pizza meal! 💯 🙌 The customer service at this store is amazing – a big shoutout to Sandeep, Simansimrat, and Palak 🙏. They were super friendly, very helpful, and made the experience even better with their welcoming attitude 💕. 💡 Sandeep was very professional and made sure my order was perfect ✅. 💡 Palak had a warm smile 😊 and gave great suggestions on deals. 💡 Simansimrat was very polite and quick with service, which I really appreciated 🙌. Placed an order for 1 large pizza through their website, which gave a 15-20 minute wait time - no problem. I arrived on location around 18 minutes later when the website notified me that my order was ready and the screen inside showed "Order Ready". When I went to the counter to pick it up, the employee at the front, Adrian, greeted me pleasantly and asked how he could help. Once I told him my name, he looked through the stack of prepared orders and could not find mine. He then quickly talked with another staff member and it was obvious that a mistake was made, because he then went to the rest of the staff who were preparing pizzas and asked that my order be remade immediately. Adrian apologized and even offered to comp me with a free drink or sauce for the mistake. I didn't take the offer but I greatly appreciated it nonetheless. While waiting for the order to be remade, I heard Adrian multiple times follow up with the staff preparing the order to make sure that my pizza was being serviced. After about 10-12 minutes the pizza was ready and again Adrian asked if I was sure I didn't want to take a free drink with me, which I again declined but thanked him for all his help. If Adrian is not a supervisor/manager then he definitely should be because he provided some of the best customer service I've received at any business. Every other time I've visited this location, Adrian is always in a fantastic mood, which is hard to find nowadays. Despite the mishap with my order, I left the restaurant happy and got to eat a delicious pizza at home. I can't justify giving a 5 star review because of the mistake with the order, but absolutely everything else about this visit...

This is just ridiculous. Our pizza showed up totally trashed. It's like someone dropped it on it's side during delivery. There is no way they trashed this so bad and didn't notice. Clearly something happened and they just decided to deliver it anyway. It's been a very long day and I just don't feel like calling them to explain how horrible my experience was but I am sure they will see the photo I uploaded. So much for "it's been a long week, let's order pizza and relax".

EDIT: So here is the thing, I posted this yesterday because I was very disappointed and even shocked at the state of my food when it arrived. I have been ordering from this location for many years now and have not seen anything like this before. I got a call from a fellow named Adrian today to talk about my experience. This was not expected but he was apologetic and told me they take these matters very seriously. He said they were looking into it with the driver and also offered dinner on them to say sorry for what happened. So while I was very unhappy with how things went with yesterday's order, I think it's only fair to tell the other side of this and alter my review to show my overall opinion. I don't think it's fair to judge them overall on one bad delivery. This location has been great for years and in the end I am impressed that they reached out to me. This showed me that they really do take their customer service seriously and care about the experience they provide. Many thanks to Adrian for reaching out. I didn't think customer service like this still existed but it seems I was wrong about that. I look forward to ordering from them again...
