(July, 12, 2023- i went for $5 Sandwich around 9:30 pm & Manjot (punjabi girl) who for last 2 weeks deliberately spoiling my sandwich by asking/yelling person who is preparing at the back to PUT EXCESSIVE MAYONNAISE & even after she was told NOT TO DO SO, she did it Yesterday again & she is doing same for last 2 weeks.
When she make the Sandwich herself, she is also spoiling it by soaking it in Mayo knowing she was reminded NOT TO DO SO by her staff.
She has some form of Mental Sickness that even after she was requested not to do so, she still yelled from outside to PUT EXCESSIVE MAYONNAISE simply to spoil chicken sandwich & she is ABUSIVE & Yells while delivering Order in hand at Counter to Customers.
If the KFC Franchise Owner & staff are Reading this Review, then i advise them to tell this SICK employee that she does not prepare my order or take order from me nor she Deliver it to me because she is creating problems deliberately & i have made complaint about her behavior with other crew members (on Monday, July 10, 2023) who work with her & yet she continued.
I also suggest ALL customer to AVOID this Girl & Report her behavior, if you experience same.
KFC Staff DO GET ABUSIVE towards Customers who order promotional items, that are popular & ordered by customer more often.
If the Franchise Owner has little shame, they will terminate her & hire better person & CSR, as there are lot of people who can do better job than her.
Date: July, 27, 2023: Manjot & Kamal spoiled my Order. One of the Indian girl lied that it's fresh when she did not make it fresh & Chicken tender pieces were left overs & small & somehow they got rid of me because i complaint about one of them on as above.
I usually do not check & trust that it's prepare well & these 2 girls are taking advantage because it's closing time when i go for a snack.
It is not clear why Owner is allowing such behavior & refuse to terminate her. Entire Twister was spoilt today & $5 wasted including time & efforts to drive to this location.
Some of the Indian girls/guys & other crew members are good but today none of them were on shift.
Ukshana and Geetika are 2 GOOD GILRS who are at this location & treat customer well & prepare well and ANYONE GOING TO THIS LOCATION ONLY ask for them before ordering anything.
AVOID MANJOT & KAMAL.
Aug, 15, 2023- Manjot & Kamal who were working on July, 27, 2023 again destroyed my Plant Based sandwich even after i requested little mayo, she deliberately put excessive amount of mayo & complaint was filed in past but she & Kamal continued to do so & yet they are not fired by Owner.
Both of these girls are spoiling food deliberately & discouraging customers to come to this location. Entire sandwich was SOAKED in Mayo.

I called Manager who refuse to refund $25 as this has happened 5 times & ONLY when Manjot took/prepared my order.
Sep, 11, 2023 (Monday): Today it was proved that Manjot who is DELIBERATELY Spoiling my Order is CERTIFIABLE MENTALLY SICK.
After complaining about her behavior 5 times as above & talking to her Manager, today i asked if i can give my order to someone else & she refused.
I requested NOT TO PUT MAYO in sandwich but give me on side, she refused because she has been putting MAYO 5 times extra whenever i gave her my Order . Then she started asking for money for things that otherwise i was not asked to pay for same sandwich.
Clearly Manjot's intent was to spoil my snack hence i decided to leave the KFC Counter without Ordering.
I did spoke to the Mgr (Jashan) that i will not order Manjot because she is Deliberately spoiling my Order & failed to provide ANY REASON of this behaviour whatsoever.
Beware of this Sick KFC Employee of KFC. She is Indian (speaks Punjabi).

Read moreA recent order to this store had to be cancelled due to the fact that after two hours, we still hadn't received it, or had any communication as to why it didn't arrive. As a delivery order, obviously it was paid for, and repeated phone calls to the store went unanswered. The one time someone did pick up at the store, we were very rudely told that they had not received the order, and when we tried to confirm which store we had called, the employee hung up without answering. We tried calling the central call centre several times, they confirmed the order, and tried to put us through to the store, we tried calling the store directly as well, but with no one answering or anyway to reorder, we finally cancelled. This is not the first time we've had issues with orders placed at this store, and we will not be using this location again. I purposely put in a big order to supply myself and my guests with dinner for two evenings, and as I am housebound, and didn't want to travel out to order in person, I cannot even properly express how disappointed we were.
The previous issues we've had with this location were 3+ hour wait time for delivery, getting someone else's order (during COVID and they asked for it back!!) and it took another 1.5 hours to receive our actual order. During the wait time for the correct order I received multiple calls from an employee at the store asking me to call the central call line and retract a complaint I emailed with regards to that order. I refused, and she tried to tell me they were adding a free item to our order to make up for the mistake, and to please retract the complaint. We finally received our order - correct, but with no extra items. That didn't bother me, we didn't want it anyway! Just happy to finally get our order! She called one more time to ask me to retract, and again I politely, but firmly refused. I did however thank her for getting the order to us. Which was received with a very determined click of a phone hanging up. Other orders picked up have been missing items, etc.
It's up to everyone to make their own decisions on how they spent their time/money, but be warned, order here at...
Read moreI had ordered the 4 piece chicken combo. When the box arrived, I checked and i was shocked at the chicken pieces, they were black and burnt. It looked like they were re-fried chicken , extra greasy, burnt and black. I complained to the worker, an Indian girl. She brought back another box 10 minutes later which had 2 of the pieces extra greasy and burnt. I told her, once again, that the chicken was burnt. She started yelling at me, in a very loud voice, insisting that they were not burnt. She kept on shouting at me in front of 4 other customers in the store, shameless girl. I insisted I wanted my money back which she was not willing to do. Eventually she gave me a refund and I left the store with my family.
I have been eating KFC for over 34 years and I know the difference between refried old chicken and newly fried chicken. I am paying for this order and I should not have to compromise for burnt chicken.
This Indian girl is an embarrassment to the store and the franchise. She should not be employed in the hospitality business, not with her raw attitude.
I will definitely not be visiting this location and strongly advise other customers to check...
