Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

Placed a order at 8:00 pm 1 small pizza 3 toppings that's all. 9:15 rolls around still no pizza I called to see where it was and was told the driver quit and went home and that they will make me a new pizza on the house it will be there in 20-25min your a "priority" Well needless to say the pizza never showed called back at 10:30pm and was transferred to 3 different customer service people to be put on hold for another 8 minutes. They told me the store was having technical difficulties lol well at this point I'm very annoyed and ask for a credit on my account. They wouldn't do a thing for me and said the pizza I was getting is free that that's sufficient 😂 I couldn't believe it! The pizza never showed called back at 11 talked to Louie and he said to me just think of how good that pizza will taste when it gets there since now I'm so hungry. This place completely ruined my order, then the call centre had the audacity to have me email my receipt because they wouldn’t believe me. The lead supervisor Sardhak kept me on hold for 20 minutes just to offer me a measly $5 in store credit… They then offered me $10 after I told them I wasn’t satisfied with 5… When I asked for a refund they said the policy required 50% of the product be returned to the store to be eligible (this policy is nowhere to be found on their website or anywhere else). When I asked to speak to a manager about the policy Sardhak hung up on me. Is this a joke? Pizza Pizza or any other respectable franchise wouldn’t doubt me and they would start by offering me a refund and apologize from the beginning. This is truly embarrassing. I’m never going to order Pizza Nova again especially not this location. What a cheap, dumpster fire...

I have ordered from this location 4 times for pick up since is close to home, and all 4 times something has gone wrong.

First tjme charged wrong and receive the wrong pizza, 2nd time ordered thin crust and well done got it very thick and not done well, felt like a soup with extra toppings. The 3rd time charged right but half of the toppings wrong. This time that said 20-25min to pick up but been waiting for almost 50min. One pizza is almost done and the other one is not even done. Service is brutal and not very clean. At the end all we get is sorry, we are busy.

Pizza nova is our go to pizza but since I start ordering from this location, I'm not sure if I want to keep buying anymore. This location needs better training. It's food not just an empty box people pay for.

After almost 55min of waiting, I end up with a smaller pizza...
