Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

One of the most terrible experiences ordering in my life. First off, I got a combo for a large pizza with 3 toppings and 3 drinks. When it came to choose the toppings, the older guy serving me kept telling me the meat toppings I picked needed extra charge, which is fine. But when I asked him then could you please tell me which toppings are free? He's like just look on the list it says on there. When I told him it didn't show it on the screen, he kept yelling at me saying just read the screen and walked away. But it clearly did not show it on the screen, I wish I took a picture of it. He came back and I asked him to please list the ones that are free, and he just said rudely to read the screen and walked away again! Rude!

Finally a younger server came over to help and this server patiently listed all the free meat ingredients which turned out to only be bacon and sausages......... Which is weird since we used to order a lot from this Pizza Pizza and chicken/ steak were all included in the combo choices.

Anyways back to the horrible service. So I have finally placed my order - large pizza with chipotle steak, zucchini, and onion. And when I have placed my order there was nobody (that has not been served) in front of me. 15 minutes has passed and suddenly the youger server told me "we are out of zucchini". FIFTEEN MINUTES later.....you are telling me you are out of zucchini?? In which I answered, "wait, so you still have not started my pizza?? I have already waited 15 minutes!" To which he had no answer and made me choose a different topping.

To sum it up, it took a total of THIRTY minutes or more to get my order of ONE large pizza with three toppings according to my receipt. My receipt said 9:12.....I walked out of the door at 9:50 almost 10. Ridiculous!

If service does not improve, doubt we will be returning...

AWFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PIZZA. I ordered for my boyfriend's parents they wanted panzarottis. I ordered for them and went to eat with my boyfriend as he was going in his lunch since we went to Mr sub. I don't live far from Mr sub so I walked there. It was raining and this was around 5:30pm today. Pizza Pizza called to confirm my address. Then I received a phone call from the driver. He did not give me his name but he was very rude. He was yelling at me on the phone because he said he was outside. I live on 1749 and he went to 1745.. Then when I tried to tell him the directions he was not listening. My boyfriend grabbed the phone and repeatedly told him the directions. We left and as we were leaving he was still sitting at 1745 even after we gave him the correct directions. He then came to me in his car. To spare the headache I was ready to pay and just walk to his parents with it. My boyfriend saw that and my hands were already kind of full, he told the driver to actually deliver it to the people it was for, and they would pay for it, not us. My boyfriend was running late back to work. Told the driver that if he didn't know where he was going to put me in his car and I'll show him the way. He gave the driver the directions once again and then proceeded back to work. The driver stated and I quote "he is your man he should be taking care of you, what kind of man is he not taking care of you." That was the most rude thing I have ever heard. WORST customer service ever and I work in retail. This driver was very disrespectful and said "I don't know your situation, I do not live with you." then why is he making it his business in the...

Where do i begin.... i am new to the area and have been trying different places. i have seen pizza pizza literally every where and have been wanting to try it. 1st of all the store was not busy but was very dirty, 2nd of all the pizza was bland and tasted of low quality processed ingredients... on top of that i like to make conversation because half the experience is with me feeling like ive made someones day or someone making my day through conversation and food, but that was not going to happen with the food. Anyway as im talking to the employees one thing lead to another and i end up telling them about my little reviews that i have been doing and they end up letting me know that they make reviews about the other pizza places in the area and give them bad reviews. im not going to specify which place but i will defiantly try them and give them my honest review. after this experience i can honestly say reviews can actually effect a business alot.. and from the looks of it pizza pizza you have lost my business not only because of the food and the cleanliness but for the vibes your...
