Very poor experience!! We ordered the "banarasi paan" milkshakes, but what we got instead was basically a vanilla milk shake(as seen in pictures). My friends having been here before, told me that the shake is supposed to contain syrups and various inclusions like candied pieces and rose petals preserves ("gulkhand"). When I asked the server about this, she just shrugged her shoulders and said - "Yeah we ran out of candied pieces and syrup, so I just added some shredded coconut. I mean you can have a free pop if you want". No apologies, no offer to fix the shake. Just nothing other than an attitude of I don't give a hoot. I would have been fine with them saying we couldn't serve since they had run out of ingredients instead of making us something sub par. At $9 a piece they aren't exactly cheap. Overall very poor service at very high prices for a very mediocre/bland shake . Shake therapy definitely lost 4 customers who would have come back with this...

I went here as an after dinner treat to try something new and was super disappointed. The customer service experience was poor, I ordered the Pina Colada shake and it shows online and in the store that it comes with a tart. I was given the shake with no tart and when I asked where it was, I was informed they discontinued it. Something that should have been brought to my attention when I placed my order so I could have had the option of trying something else. My child got the Monster Cookie Freak shake that comes with a donut. The donut comes topped with fondant which is tasteless and super disappointing. The donut tasted like the restaurant smelled like which was a complete turnoff. The Nutella used to hold the cookies on the container didn't taste like the Nutella I am used to having. Both shakes were liquid, not at all a proper consistency that a milk shake should be. Simply not worth the time or money to...

I visited this place twice in the same week. The first time, I had a good experience and found the drinks to be good. I came mostly to try the drinks though next time I'd love to try something else too.

Drinks I got were the it takes 2 to mango (it's a combination of mango and lychee) and a pistachio almond falooda. The falooda wasn't overly sweet which I appreciated. The mango/lychee drink was my favourite.

However, when I came back the next time and decided to try the Pina colada instead, I didn't find it as good. First, the milkshake was way too watery, and second, there was no taste of the pineapple. Lots of coconut though.

A little too watery for my liking but I still would like to try more from the menu. Consistency to the quality of the items offered should...

Thought while in Toronto we would check this place out. Very disappointed. I ordered the strawberry indulgence. Definitely NOT worth the 15.00 charge. When you don't have the ingredients to make them you should inform the customer! When I order something off a menu it's usually because it looks good and I want that combination YOU are ADVERTISING!!! I did not get a fresh strawberry I got frozen, I didn't get my glass rim decorated, I didn't get the macaron, strawberry donut should read a donut with pink fondant on it. Only thing good was the milkshake itself. Next time let your customers know you can't complete a 15.00 shake as being advertised so that customer has the option to choose something else worth their 15.00!!!!
