Shamyat pastry — Restaurant in Mississauga

To say this is the best place to serve Arabic Cream (Koshta) قشته deserts, is not giving it justice. We tried the Wardat, which is the round pastry in the image. We also tried the kunafa, but it smelled and tasted so good I forgot to take a picture. We also tried the Arabic icecream. My wife & I decide to try for taste of ice cream I had high hopes for this Arabic ice cream, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. Not only was it extremely expensive, but the taste didn’t live up to the price at all. It lacked the rich, creamy texture and authentic flavor you’d expect from traditional Arabic ice cream.
