Horrible service. We went around 11:00pm to grab sandwiches for me and my cousin. We had ordered the teriyaki chicken while he was making the food i took a quick photo of him making it to show a friend. When i had gotten home with the sandwiches and opened them we all had took a bite of the sandwich and the chicken was stone cold, rubbery, and hard. I had ordered a 6 inch while both of my cousins ordered 12(all teriyaki chicken.) When i had shown my friend she zoomed in on the sticker of the teriyaki chicken it had said (USE BY: 9:55pm) we ordered around 11. We had went back to see if we were maybe eligible for a refund or maybe a new sandwich with another meat. He completely disregarded it and stated “i’ve made over 130 sandwiches today i dont see how your complaining” which is completely unprofessional. My cousins are regulars we wouldn’t waste our time going back just to cause a problem. I had mentioned the sticker and even showed him he first tried saying its 9:55 am on the NEXT day when it clearly stated 11/11/23 - 9:55pm. Then wanted to say the sticker wasn’t up to date??? he showed other stickers for 11am the NEXT day so, u can update every other sticker but the chicken?? Then he started yelling with my cousin which my cousin did not take well so he walked out and i said i would come in the morning since the supervisor would be here (apparently no manger comes to thr store?? makes no sense.) Read moreEDIT: The company responded claiming that the employee tried to explain which sandwiches were eligible for my coupon. That is not accurate. I asked three separate times which sandwiches on the menu were considered cold cuts. Instead of providing any clarification, she just picked up some ham, said “cold cuts,” and stared at me without offering further help. There was no effort to explain or assist. I strongly suggest better training for staff. Basic customer service and product knowledge should be a given. If she’s unable to engage with customers, perhaps this isn’t the right job for her.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here with this specific girl, but today (June 2nd, around 11:20 AM) was particularly frustrating. I tried to use the "2 footlong cold cut sandwiches for $13.99" coupon and ordered a BMT and a turkey sub. The BMT is made with cold cut meats, but the employee insisted it didn’t qualify. I explained that I’ve used this coupon for a BMT before, but she repeatedly said, “No, only cold cuts,” without clarifying which sandwiches actually qualified.
