If employees prioritize socializing over listening to customers, they should be open to criticism. Additionally, they have a habit of asking customers to park on the side until their order is ready, which is acceptable. However, one of the employees consistently urges customers with phrases like "fast fast, let's go" to pay quickly and move to the designated parking area. This approach lacks the expected customer service demeanor; she should adopt a more pleasant attitude when interacting with customers. Furthermore, hygiene standards were subpar; I once observed a fly inside the muffin rack, indicating inadequate cleanliness practices. It would be appreciated if the manager took measures to ensure employees maintain a sanitary environment for customers. I went to this tim hortons location on Thursday Feb 27 to buy some coffee and breakfast. As an old senior woman, I'm not great with driving and could not judge how close I was to the drive thru window, so I asked rukhsana if I should reverse or forward to get closer.
She smiled warmly and reassured me saying "Don't worry, I'll help you! There's a car behind you but i'll come out to help you reverse!". She went out of her job to help me and even showed me how to use the Tim Hortons app to redeem free reward with my points!!
I truly appreciate Rukhsana for her kindness. Usually drive-thru staff tell me i park too far and struggle to reach me but rukhsana went out her way and all that with a smile! She even joked saying it happens to her and made me laugh and made me comfortable!
