Didn’t get time to review earlier! But u cannot forget the underwhelming experience here & the below average food & ridiculous staff service !
Let’s begin with:
Staff service- waited for 45 mins for the experience as everyone literally hypes up about being here! When we were called, the lady with the saddest face, no smile, & no greeting tells us to follow, OKAY! I ask her if i could hang my coat somewhere, it took us less than a minute to hang & she LITERALLY went AWAY 😂😂 & guess what our table was given to someone else! Lolol what a joke of a service!
Next- Tables- OMGosh! It would seem you are sitting on the NEXT table person’s LAP !!! The table for 2 people ARE RIDICULOUSLY kept SO CLOSE that you literally can smell their food, listen what they talk or whatever! Obviously 🙄 no space to get out! This restaurant is not chic at all & wants just business pushing in customers! So NO IT’S NOT a fine Dine AT ALL !!
Next- we waited for our server to come & offer us the menu! But hooray noone shows up for next 10 mins! A male loud server suddenly pops up, again NO greeting whatsoever & starts with “Are you guys ready for order” ??🥲 WHATTTT 😂 ! Jokes over Jokes We tell him you want us to order without menu ??🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Eventually & Finally we get to order (& oh we had to move our table as the next table which was 1 cm away, i could puke by the smell of non veg kebabs 🤮🤮, PS- not even in INDIA, restaurants have horrible seatings like these!)
Ok on our order, The NAAN was stale, literally stale & chewy!!!!!!! Again the over-smart server tried to convince me but i am sorry if i am smarter than him !🤷🏻♀️ Got new Naans & were definitely fresher! The point is we shouldn’t be SERVED stale Naans !!
Anyway it was a terrible experience!
The only beautiful thing was the wonderful graceful ladies dancing around tables, but again there were these cheap Indian men who were out of etiquettes trying to be close & get a picture with them without even asking! Overall a cheap Vibe
& the Best part was the DJ..!! Hands down to this DJ who is the saviour of this place! Without him, this restaurant would be NOTHING !
At the end, there was no apology from our server at all !!
Not interested in visiting this place again Hope the owner reads this review & works upon it ! Please 🙏🏻 TRAIN your staff to SMILE & BE PROFESSIONAL ! Get some real staff who actually are into hospitality and not people who don’t even know how...
Read moreI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your restaurant on the evening of 11th may. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor service I received from one of your servers, Khushi patel.
My group had a reservation for the rooftop at 10:00 pm, under the name Krunal Patel. However, we found ourselves sharing the space with another group of eight people who were making a lot of noise. I tried to tolerate it for about 10 minutes, but it became difficult to even hear each other speak. When our server, Khushi, came to take our order, I politely asked if she could kindly ask the other group to lower their volume, as it was making it very hard to enjoy our meal. To my surprise, she told me that she couldn’t do that because the other group had paid a booking fee. She even mentioned that they had a "private booking," which I know to be untrue, as we were all in a public setting.
I found this response extremely unprofessional and dismissive. It seemed to me that she was more concerned about keeping the other group happy—possibly because she thought they might leave a larger tip—rather than addressing our concerns as paying customers. Additionally, throughout the rest of the evening, Khushi's service did not improve. She did not seem interested in providing the kind of service that would reflect well on your restaurant, and there was a general lack of attentiveness when taking our order.
At the end, we were handed an incorrect bill, and when I brought the mistake to her attention, there was no apology or attempt to correct the situation. This lack of service and consideration made me feel that she was more focused on the tip than on providing a positive dining experience.
I wanted to bring this to your attention directly because I believe that these issues should be addressed privately, and I hope you will look into the matter. I truly want to support your restaurant, and I know the importance of good service, which is why I’m sharing this feedback with you rather than posting a public review.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that my experience will be taken into consideration to ensure future customers have a more positive visit.
Kind regards Befikre and...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience in terms of both food and service. To start, the mocktail I ordered tasted off—as if it had expired or even had some contamination. It was clearly not fresh. Thankfully, a kind female server offered to replace it, which I appreciated, but the new drink was overly sweet and not enjoyable either. The issues didn’t stop there. The manager himself came to take our order (I was dining with two friends), and we specifically ordered three main courses expecting them to arrive together. Instead, we received only the Pav Bhaji first. After waiting for 20–25 minutes, we inquired about the remaining two dishes. Shockingly, the server brought out Pav Bhaji again, which we had already received. We clarified the mistake, and she apologized. After another wait, the second dish was finally brought out, but the third dish never arrived. At this point, we were very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager again. His response was appalling. Rather than apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, he began explaining how cooking times work—as if three women in their 40s, who cook daily, wouldn't understand this. He said Pav Bhaji takes 10 minutes, lamb takes 20, and since the third dish was fish, it would take longer. This explanation was not only unnecessary but also dismissive and condescending. We asked to cancel the third dish due to the delay and poor handling, but he insisted that if the dish had already started cooking, we’d have to pay for it. That tone and attitude were incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, when we received the bill, we noticed we were not charged for the third dish, confirming it was never even started. To add to all this: The second dish was just placed on the side table—not even served properly. It didn’t come with a serving spoon, and by that time we were too disappointed to complain, so we used the spoon from the previous dish. The washroom has no lock, so unless someone guards the door, anyone can walk in. That’s completely unacceptable for a public space. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The unprofessional behavior of the manager, poor coordination between staff, food delays, and hygiene concerns make this restaurant one I would not recommend...
