The food at Pizza Fiama is really good, no complaints there. However, I’m giving 3 stars because of a recurring price issue I’ve experienced twice in the past few months.

Both times I ordered, the cheese garlic bread was listed at $7.53 on their website and even on their in-store menu screens, but when it came time to pay, the price suddenly jumped to $9.99. I brought this discrepancy to the cashier’s attention both times, but it seems like nothing has been done to correct the issue. Even my online receipt says $7.53. All images attached for proof.

I'm not sure if this is an oversight or some kind of marketing tactic because once you have ordered you'd usually pay, but after two separate occasions in over two months of time, it’s disappointing to see that the pricing hasn’t been fixed. 1- Chicken wings were honestly really good! Highly recommended. 2- Pizza was good, but on the dry side; 3- We asked for thin crust and extra tomato sauce, none of that was heard; 4- We've seen a creamy sauce on the pizza we didn't ask for, but it ended up going ok with it; 5- We asked and paid for water, they didn't give it to us. We ended up learning about it at home; 6- Customer service - demeanor of one of the people working was quite off. Not a fan of their service; 7- Atmosphere isn't great. I understand the shop is small. But it is to be said. Place isn't well organized and a bunch of large beverage boxes are stacked right where the customers stand and there's almost no space left. People wait outside once they are done ordering.

Would I go again? Maybe just for wings.
