thai express redirected me to some site called "Ritual" when i tried to place a delivery order, asked for my address and CC#, once I placed the order and the order was accepted, a message popped up saying "you can pick up your order in 10 min" I started panicking and called the store, the owner picked up and had me on hold for 5 min listening to her talking to customers. I kept trying to interrupt so that she tells the cooks to not proceed w my order.. she got so mad, was not willing to help at all. If youre the owner and do not have ANY customer service skills, maybe you shouldnt be the face of your company... I ended up resolving this ISSUE with Ritual, but decided to call back Thai express (a few times) to let her know that im going to place an order from another company and for her to just send me that initial order (thats apparently been made within a minute) but she didnt want to speak with me.. so I order from another thai express and didnt have to worry about the owner doing anything to my food. Smiling at paying customers and telling them you love them doesnt make you good ... knowing how to deal with uncomfortable situation does. I will not go to this...

Though the food was good at this location, I feel it was only so because I caught that I was being scammed. This is unfortunately another Thai express that suffers from False advertising.

If you advertise $11.88 for a General Thai Chicken across the store. Then charge $12.88 which is advertised as the combo price..... I believe that is false advertising. For this one I will be attaching a picture of my receipt.

I was not offered my receipt as well, I had to ask for it. In which case, I was not wrong at the screen, I was charged exactly $1 more then what the francizes says it sells the product for all over the store. There menu is digital, If the price has changed send out a new PDF for the monitors but don't scam your patrons.

I enjoyed Thai express as a fast food option in Quebec before it ever became popular in Ontario, It's disappointing to see a really great francizes that I enjoy go down hill so hard and let their locations have such...

This has been the WORST place I have visited in terms of a thai express. I wish I took pictures before throwing out all my food. I went there yesterday in hopes to receive what I normally purchase at other locations...I was in for a BIG surprise. I would never return to this location as it was one of the WORST experiences ever and considering my stomach hurt after eating just a little amount of the food and that was because I was super hungry but the rest of it was garbage. I have contacted head office in regards to this matter because this was disgusting. We also ordered a fried rice and that was even worse because it never tasted sooooo disgusting in the amount of times we have attended other thai locations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE MOST THAI EXPRESS LOCATIONS ARE PRETTY GOOD BUT THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR THE...

Ive held this in for a long time: I've worked in hospitality for 15 years... and I've never heard of not answering the phone even though it's loud and clear. The lady is just rude. Never seen her smile before, she rushes you to order, if I find out she's here I just don't come. I've had only 3 bright and positive customer service experiences, and they worked there for a short while. (Bring them back please). The environment isn't friendly, just seems like just some store franchised. Whoever owned this business before please come back 🥺 It's not the same anymore. Food was way better too when you guys owned it). The food is good, the quality is good but it's the overall customer experience that doesn't want me to stay there to order - just pick up- yet I cant get positive customer experience OR a pick up delivery. Choose one to slack on, not both.

I had the General Thai Beef meal with rice ($13). It was OK, the beef had a weird taste and was very hard, almost like it was deep fried. I also thought there was a little bit too much sauce on it because the rice at the bottom of the box was practically swimming in it. I went around noon and it was pretty busy but the service was pretty quick, was in and out in about 10 minutes. There is lots of parking available but can get a bit tricky finding a spot around lunch peak. The space is pretty small, does have a handful of tables for sitting in and it was clean when I went in. I really like that you can see behind the counter and how your food is being made. Overall it was an alright experience, I may come back but don't think it will be any time soon.
