The Beer Store — Restaurant in Mississauga

The beer store is alright I guess. But "alright" is not a standard to aim for. I asked a simple question about where a product was. I asked kindly. The woman stocking was pretty rude. Pointed me to where a few cans were in an insulating way. Kind of implying that I was blind or something. What she didn't know, was the guy infront asked me to just go in the cooler and find an employee and ask them, so I did. Anyway, I went to the few cans and then had to go back to her to ask if there is more, I want a case. Then she points just down below behind where I couldn't see. She could have just showed me that instead of making me walk around from the start. Overall I still said oh okay picked it up and thanked her - no reply. Just nasty behaviour. Honestly I would fire her if I managed that place. I stood in line after thinking to myself I should just ask for the manager and complain right now, but I just let it go. Got home and was still thinking about the scummy behaviour. Decided I'd just write a review on the place. Chunkier middle aged woman it was. Stocking around 5pm July 4th. Terrible personality. Doesn't deserve to work in an area customers are. I won't come to this location anymore, I'll deal with the LCBO or head to another beer store. The beer store here at this location the people here are not very nice. You count up your cans and when there think your number is wrong they recount . There is not the problem. The problem is when they find that you have counted wrong they say that you are stealing. This is so unfair because I have been coming here for more then 7 years and have never had a problem. Just because a customer miss count s there cans does not mean that the customer is stealing. If that is how the beer store employee s feel then they should count up the bottle s and cans themselves. Crowded most of the time! Customers must find themselves what they need digging throughout the store. They keep changing the place of different brands and types of beer therefore you waste a lot of time to find what you need. Most of the time no help is available for directions where to find something! I never understood why the same brand doesn't have all sizes of cases on the same shelf. It is a general mess to dig all over the store to discover almost anything! Most stores are not self service but the beer is brought directly to the customer as...
