Lack of respect for the customer.I would not recommend it at all.

Who don't care for the customers do not care about the food, do not care about cleaning, the staff of anything else.

I made a reservation in advance, before leaving home to go to the restaurant, I confirmed once again on the website that they had a special Valentine's Day menu, in the reservation I had mentioned the appropriate clothing for the environment - casual chic.

When I arrived I came across people in flip-flops and sweatshirts, but it was valentines nigth and I was about to have a nice moment with my boyfriend, so I let it go. After a line and waiting time we finally got to our tables, when I ordered the valentines menu the waiter just told me that is really annoying and disrespectful but he realized when he started his shift the menu for that night was changed without notice, without update the website, without letting anybody who reserved know.

Meanwhile, I was digesting that fact that my nigth was ruined, when another staff member arrived and told me that I should try to be more specific when I reserve a place and said he had updated and deleted the special menu from their website. I opened their site on my phone to have to prove him that he was lying without even blemish.

I went to 5 guys to be able to eat...

An absolute waste of money! The service is really poor from one of the staff members, the food is bad and overpriced (please check the menu in the picture attached). Avoid at all cost! You have plenty of better options close by in Montreal! I had the steak with salad (29$!!). I wanted it well done, I have been told it will take over 30 minutes (you can cut it in butterfly so you don't have to wait that long, but the Chef seemed not to know that - or may be it was just the rude waiter I've mentionned), so I had to settle for a medium. It was stone cold when it arrived (20 minutes wait). The salad had a dressing (I asked them not too) and it was full of sugar. I asked them to change it and then I had it with some salad dressing still at the bottom. Rude waiter (there was an excellent one there, who was responsible of the Breakfast in the morning, it was not him. It was a rude other waiter) who told me he had been doing his job for over 15 years. My friend had the tacos (18$!!!) and he said they were average. Seriously one of the worst restaurants I...

Right in DT Montreal. I have quite a few hotel stays per year. This hotel was great from checkin (got to try my French a bit and the front desk was great and actually taught me some better ways to say things - I think she was a French teacher as well). The breakfast staff was also just unbelievable - so so nice. Like overly nice in a great way. Capped it off with a quick bite late in the evening at the hotel restaurant. Khadija was our server. Just continued the excellence, she was on her third language with English, me on my second French but we made it work in such a fun way.. Delta should be so proud of the great people working here. I’ll be coming to MTL a lot the next couple years and this hotel is going to be my choice. I hope management sees this and hope you understand what a great staff you have there. As a titanium elite for life I see a tonne of hotels and only mention this to give a little understanding at how many hotels I see a...

The food at dinner was very good and the price wasn't cheap but it was consistent with the quality and ambience, which is perfect. Breakfast was another story. I checked out the $29 breakfast buffet and the selection paled next to what most hotels offer at that price point, so I ordered from the menu. The service was spot on but the meal didn't match the menu description and it was a terrible value. I ordered the potato latkes which unlike the menu description turned out to be a single sad looking latke. I also added smoked brisket for another $9 and it turned out to be two tiny little scraps of brisket the size of a golfball in total. Restaurants food costs normally run 28-35%. This breakfast was $3 worth of ingredients for $25. Not impressed. Great hotel, but I won't be eating breakfast here again. Dinner is definitely a repeat though. 5 stars for dinner and the atmosphere less 2 stars for that ridiculous, penny-pinching breakfast.

Totally wheel chair accessible so I was able to take my grandma. Its located inside the Delta Hotel. You take elevator up. Sunday around 8pm when we went it was not too crowded but thats because was not tourist season. Service was excellent. Very polite and helpful staff and waiter. My grandma loved her duck and had two portions of the garlic potatoes. They changed some of the veggies for her to make softer which was so nice. I had the pasta Tagliatelles fraiches( it was not so good) but probably nothing with how was prepared but probably the mixture of ingredients just was not my thing. I also had the endive salad which was really good. It was truly a good place for a wheelchair bound person. If do not like crowds go off season time when not so many tourists staying at hotel.

Dinner: Everything we had here was excellent, as was the service. We got the mushroom pizette, which was just right for two to share, and I got the French onion soup, which was superb. The Canadian Riesling and a Castaway were our drinks, and paired well with the food. Well, the wine did anyway. The Castaway was STRONG, with surprisingly subtle flavors and not too sweet. Will definitely stop here again before we leave just to get some more onion soup! Breakfast: we the pancakes with strawberry/cranberry and at our servers suggestion, I tried the eggs with salmon & cream cheese. Everything was excellent. Our server, Audrey Ann, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made our morning.
