We stumbled upon the very positive reviews for Ciccio's when looking for a place to grab a quick lunch near our accommodations in Old Montreal. We were not disappointed. We tried the "TACCHINO" and "TONNO" and both were delicious. While the sandwiches ingredients were fantastic in their own right, the freshly baked bread really stood out. I will certainly be visiting again next time I am in Montreal. I'd recommend Ciccio's to anyone looking for a quick and delicious lunch in the area. While the online ordering system was easy to use and very efficient, upon arriving for pickup we did still have to wait in the main ordering line to pickup our sandwiches. This took about eight minutes. My one point of feedback would be to make it a bit easier for online orders to come in and quickly pickup an order when ready.

First off the ciccio sauce is AMAZING!!! The perfect spot for a quick bite right in the historic old area of Montreal! I stopped here before catching my train, and I’m glad I did. The staff here are wonderful, and the aesthetics of this sandwich shop are a modern old town feel with bright orange branding - I loved it! I got the Primo sandwich and it was incredible. My favourite was the homemade ciccio sauce. It was similar to a mayo/butter but better!!! It had dill, slight garlic flavour and spices in it and the perfect amount of creaminess to balance out the lettuce, cheese and mortadella. You can tell the bread is also quality 🤌🏻 I’d definitely come back. Next time I plan to try the coffee as well because I’ve heard it was good and the espresso machine looked quality. 10/10 :)

We popped into Ciccio's because we parked just across the street from it never learning about it before then. As we had just eaten we were able to order the signature sandwiches (though from the menu options they looked really good). We did get a nice Italian style latte (I find Italian cafes serve the best coffee...light, smooth but still flavorful...and no bitter after taste) and a Pistachio Croissant which was excellent (I am not normally a fan of pistachio but this was light and tasty). There are not a lot of seats, a 4 person banquet and a window facing counter with 3 seats so plan to eat outside if you order something. Service was smart and friendly...as you'd expect from an Italian café. We'll be back to try the sandwiches soon enough...so watch for a follow up review. Enjoy!
