Oh man me and this harveys have a lot to say! I always love to come eat to this fastfood whenever I had the fastfood craving and let me tell you that it’s truly worth the choice if you’re choosing between different places. Usually I take their junior chicken sandwich and what’s great is that you can add as much things as you want and it’s fully customizable. Their poutine are one of the best in my opinion, their onion rings are crispy and tasteful. Last time I came, I took their crispy chicken sandwich (not the small one, the bigger one), added 4 onion rings in there and all the sauces and condiments I love, all of that for a really good pricing. So much taste, you can always change up your order with the same items and it will always taste like a new delicious burger/sandwhich. I will recommend using your mobile phone to make orders to have the fully customizable experience and pick it up when it’s ready and there’s offers in their app. I would go with Harveys over McDo ANYDAY OF THE WEEK! The only reason why I would remove one star it’s because their fish sandwich and veggies sandwich aren’t really the best in my opinion, I would recommend you guys to go with other choices when coming here! Good job Harveys, you guys got my money...

No pride in their jobs...I understand they are making burgers but they all take no pride in doing their jobs professionally. My mom went there to get dinner for us and she noticed one of the burgers split while cooking and fell between the grill (throw it out right) no the girl tried to hand it off and give it to my mom, she refused and said it fell between the grill...the cook turns and in a pissy voice says 5 minutes. The manager came and my mom explained it he looked like he was doing something about it said it was unacceptable and then went and spoke to the cook and came back with a completed burger...all should be good right? WRONG they snuck that burger back into the bun passed it off to her (not seeing it till she got home and saw it was split and tasted off). I mean are you trying to get your customers sick? If a burger falls between the grill it is getting covered in a whole bunch of stuff and should be thrown out. Anyways never had this experience any other harveys but this one is blacklisted for me. In addition always very slow service there and apparently the cook can only do one burger at a time (must require too much...

Everytime I give this place a chance I get disappointed we'll never ever going back . The person that took my order she has a lot of attitude worst is I think she is the owner. Second thing is bathrooms always dirty when I go there. And forget going on weekends it's so dirty in the dining hall. I get it's busy but that's the whole point of running a restaurant being able to manage in busy times. Customer service is also number 1 because when u walk in a customer u expect to be greeted nicely not by some rude woman who owns the restaurant I know she was the owner because 5-6 years ago I applied and met with her manager for an interview and I was so surprised that the manager refused my resume specially since I had 14 years of experience working in restaurant experienced in all positions and amazing references. But everything happens for a reason I ended getting a manager position at town hall . So basically my point is they lack alot of things because they hire to their liking not to experience and professionalism. Never going back...
