I have no choice but choosing stars for this review to go through so I did. And I decided to do that after reading the respond of the owner to the customers reviews! The truth is I am not a fan of Iranian restaurant in Canada( Quebec) all together but I still go to Iranian restaurant when I am tired of cooking everyday. Though I go to Greek, Italian, Indian, Mexican, French Japanese; or any other nationalities restaurants. . No restaurant owners responds to customers reviews the way you did! Any Iranian who can make a good Koobideh on his BBQ or a tasty aubergine stew on her/his stove , and his family or friends encourage him/her, decides to open a restaurant. That does not make him/her a cook or a chef. So she/he needs to learn along the way. That being said; you still can learn how to operate a restaurant. You can not become a cook or a chef but you can have a business if your are willing to learn from your mistakes and you hear your customers. After all you did not open your restaurant for yourself and your friends. Right?! You need people to go to your restaurant . With your responds to the criticism of your regular customers , I believe that : 1.You do not care about a long term business. You are not a cook or a business man. You do not spend money to go to restaurant to eat out side of your home If you do; you are the most demanding customer for every penny you might spend in a restaurant I do not know you ( the owner) and this is solely from a customer point of view; I had a take out of joojeh kabab from your restaurant once and this is my experience even if you are fasting:
The rice was good. I did not expect perfection; it was not plastic chewy kind , so eatable. Don't change it for cheaper plastic kind please.
The joojeh kabab with bones was not bad. It was dry. For the chicken thigh with bones! May be you can keep the thigh with the skin to get a more juicy result. I also had Kash bademjun which I ate half and threw out the rest. It was not kash budemjun. It was bitter; oily; There was no kashk and there were smoochy strange fried onion on it. I am going to your restaurant pretty soon for my aunt who likes koobideh. I planned to tell you this review in private but unfortunately after reading your responses to your regular customers; I thought you need to hear this. I know your response to my review is that "shame on me"; "you served me when you were fasting" and asking me "not to come back to your restaurant ever again". Mr.? you can do better than this. There is potential there. Criticism helps you to improve if you look at them positively and if you can put your self in your customer's shoe. This review is with good intent. believe me. Not having a good Iranian restaurant in this city is a shame. Charge us more but hear us and try to be better. After all you are representing our country's...

The restaurant, a culinary gem, offers an enchanting journey through the tastes of Iran. 🍲 Among the many culinary treasures, the Ash Reshte stands out as a masterpiece. A warming Persian soup, it's a symphony of lentils, beans, herbs, and noodles. The fusion of earthy and aromatic spices results in a captivating blend that dances on the palate with each spoonful. 🥣🌿
🍖 Now, onto my personal highlight – the Barge or Fillet Minion Kabab, served alongside saffron-infused rice. This kabab variety is a carnivore's dream, its tender, succulent meat perfectly grilled to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. Paired with the fragrant saffron rice, it creates a harmonious symphony of flavors that leaves an indelible impression. 🍢🍚
🌸 Beyond the exceptional cuisine, Khorasan Kabab's warm and inviting atmosphere is a true reflection of Persian hospitality. The outdoor terrace, a haven during the warmer months, allows diners to bask in the sun while indulging in authentic Iranian flavors.
Read moreThis place hands down is the best Persian restaurant I’ve tried in decades! Where can I start? We made reservations for 17 people but before we knew it, our group grew to almost 30 people. The restaurant staff not only didn’t lose their cool, they were all smiles, trying to fit us in their already packed restaurant. They even went to their basement to pull more chairs for our group. And then their food started to come to our table shortly after we ordered and OMG! Amazingly delicious, great portion size and wow! Priced so fair!!! As sides, you get to choose between salad or aash! Whaaaat? Of course, I’ll have aash. Amazing options. From a Torontonian, where we have Persian restaurants in every corner, this place puts all those Persian restaurants to shame and raises the bar for all. Thank you Khorasan Kabab staff for making our night! Thanks for being so delightful. We will definitely come back and spread the word about you. Keep up...
