Terrible experience. It took at least 15-20 minutes to be served, another hour to receive the food. The scampies came without any lemon, which took another 20 minutes to get, and the waitress forgot twice (it was actually a busboy who brought them as soon as he saw we were impatient). By then, they were cold and inedible. We couldn't ask for fresh ones because no one came back to us.

Both dishes (per menu and waitress confirming) were to be served with rice. The person who brought our plates just dropped it in front of us, without saying anything, and we had to call them back and ask where our rice was.

Another 15 minutes - halfway finished our plates - and they said rice was out.

We asked for a credit of any kind, as why are we paying for a full plate when items are missing?

The owner came to us about 30 minutes later, and refused to give any kind of credit though we paid for an item not there. He just stood there staring at us, and we had to explain our question over again. He was so condescending and never had a smile or even apologized for this experience thus far. We were calm and smiling but he was cold and made us feel humiliated. He said if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes, there would be more rice. Keep in mind that this simple meal had thus far taken HOURS and we already finished our plates. He also said the next time we come, he'd give us 3 rice plates to make up for it. Right; he would not even give a 50 cent credit but promised more food next time. How would be even remember us? He wanted us out of there. Again, this was the owner.

There are so many better locations on the same street that go above and beyond for customer service, food, and ambience.

Also: the deer mounted on the wall and dimly lit bathrooms...

I was looking forward to celebrating my sister's birthday here only to leave quite disappointed. Where do I begin....its very awkward to placea large group in the middle of the restaurant(very small restaurant) especially when we looked over to one area of the restaurant that would have better accommodating our size group. Only 1 toilet in the women's washroom was working on a busy Saturday night. Let's talk about service, or lack there of. I am pregnant and I asked for a sprite as soon as I sat down and drink orders were being taken. It took about 45mins for non-alcoholic drinks to be served to me and the children of our table. When the bread came, no butter was provided and when we asked, it took about amazing I must say! The other apps I sampled were also very good. When it came to main courses...I ordered the 2 stick souvlaki, most dishes that were supposed to come with side salad, rice and potatoes, did not come with rice at all. When we asked our server about this she checked why the meals didn't come with the rice and she informed us that the restaurant ran out of rice!!! Ran out of rice on a Saturday night!??? Absolutely unacceptable and insane that a restaurant is not prepared on a Saturday night! Smh......The salad only had olive oil on it....nothing else. I am just super surprised at the lack of customer...

I went here last night with my sister. To start with, the waitress barely checked on us. We asked for drinks, we never got till the end when we asked for our checks. The worst part, after waiting so long for our food, my sisters salad had a small, white looking inch worm in it. We told the waitress to which she replied “oh my, I’m sorry” and took the almost entire plate of food away. She never asked if we wanted something else or any resolution to finding the worm in her salad. To top it off, when my sister received her bill, they still charged her full price for the meal she barely ate. When she told the waitress she did not feel it was fair to pay for the meal, the waitress argued with her for atleast 5 minutes stating she and the cook did not see a worm. She also said the manager wasn’t available to change the ticket. After arguing, she just walked off rudely. When she returned with a new check, she threw the card machine down and never spoke a word. We paid for the appetizer and my meal and left. This is ultimately the most horrendous experience I have ever encountered in a restaurant. I would never recommend this...
