I wasn't sure how these gorgeous mini cakes were going to taste, but they looked perfectly delicious... We decided to try three different gâteau pieces the first one was my childhood favorite "Mille-feuille vanilla" and my wife's "Eclair vanilla" and the third was recommended by the service person behind the counter "Finger choco praline" Well, let me tell you, the mille-feuille was much tastier than what i remembered from my childhood, i could have eaten a dozen by myself 😋 it was a perfect experience with my smooth espresso... I can still taste it two days later, the eclair on the other hand was simply delicious, the cream in the middle was sweet but not too sweet, tasty fresh shell, topped with soft chocolatey chocolate... The finger dessert, was also delicious, i am a classic man and i enjoy classic things, but this was a new experience for me and I loved it, the base of this gâteau was made from hazelnut cooky, an outstanding taste topped with milk chocolate fresh cream with a few pieces of chocolate on top... Yummy 😋🤤 My wife had a pot of tea ... This feast was the perfect dessert, it literally marked a moment in my life, I highly recommend anyone passing through Montreal for fun to stop by and try any of their 42 different gâteau pieces... they also have full cakes for all occasions and by orders and many other different kinds of cookies that I will come back to try, and let you know... Worst bakery ever I always find myself doing my birthday cake there every year just because it’s the closest to me every time I regret it especially this year for my 18th birthday. It is not what I asked for. I called them to say that I’m not happy with the cake and I can’t come back because it’s too small of a short window for me. The lady on the phone tells me “why are you calling then? If you cant come why are you calling?”SORRY? thats how you treat your years long customers. Update after cutting the cake. Not only they messed up the design but also the inside of the cake I had asked for half chocolate and half vanilla expecting half a base of chocolate and half a base of vanilla. Not everybody’s first choice, but it was mine come to open the cake at my birthday. Not to mention the cake was so flaky. I was not even able to serve it to my guest. while trying to cut the cake it kept breaking and breaking. I was so embarrassed to serve this to my guest, and I did not receive a half vanilla half chocolate cake I had received a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache, which is not what I asked for and the ganache made the cake so hard to cut in, even though it was sitting out for a while before I cut into it. very disappointed never had an issue with this bakery. This is the first negative review I give to a food and beverage business (you can check my previous reviews). Not because I have never had a bad experience, but because I know how stressful and competitive this industry is, especially during and after COVID.

Today I went to cremino to pick an order that my friend already paid for, there was confusion about the status of my order, for the purpose of this review I will assume that I am the one at fault by not having the right information, however I kept my politeness, I kept my calm, until the person who seems to be the owner started acting in a very sarcastic and condescending manner, not once, not twice, but three times. Laughing off every information I try to give him to help locate my order. At some point I couldn’t let this go on, I expressed how I feel to that person: I’ve been a big fan of cremino since I was a teenager in lebanon, and here in Montreal my wife and I kept going there during COVID because we wanted our favourite pastry and sweets shop to make it. I know that cremino doesn’t care about losing me as a customer, it’s just too bad that a shop can just chase a customer out juste because they are lacking the minimum sense of customer service.
