I had the WORST experience here with Sarah, the manager. And en plus, she literally told me to write a google review about it. I asked her if there was anyone I could speak to about my boba tasting not good and completely different to last time I got it and she goes "you can leave a yelp or google review". Her first reaction to me coming all the way back to the store to say my drink didn't taste good was literally "thats impossible". I was actually in awe of her customer service, I have never seen someone so purposefully unhelpful in my entire life I was purely shocked. I kept asking if there was a second opinion I could ask, email, or anything on whether she could remake my drink and she kept acting like truly there wasn't. Finally, she offered for me to leave my number so that the boss "might call me back". I say okay, thinking no one would call me. But I receive a call from an Isham who was very helpful and told me they could remake my drink. Like I'm actually in awe of what just happened. Mind you, she told me "I could have remade your drink if you had called me within 10 minutes to let me know you were coming back". WHAT IS THIS TEN MINUTE RULE THAT YOURE ENFORCING AND DID YOU LITERALLY MAKE IT...

I recently discovered Poke Monster on Notre-Dame, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best poke spots in the area! Tucked into a cozy spot in Saint-Henri, this place consistently delivers fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and super friendly service.

I built my own bowl with salmon and spicy tuna, and everything—from the rice to the toppings—was incredibly fresh. The fish was buttery and flavorful, the veggies were crisp, and the sauces added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. The portion was massive—great value for the price!

What really stood out was the staff. They were patient, helpful with recommendations, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything just right. The interior is clean and modern, with a chill vibe that makes it a great spot to grab lunch or dinner, either solo or with friends.

If you're in the Notre-Dame/Saint-Henri area and craving something tasty, healthy, and satisfying, Poke Monster is a must-try. Definitely one of my new go-to spots...

Poke Monster has easily become one of my favorite spots in Montreal for a fresh and satisfying meal! The bowls are packed with flavor, super customizable, and always made with really fresh ingredients. I tried The Monster bowl and it was incredible – a perfect mix of textures, flavors, and portion size. You definitely won’t leave hungry!

The staff at the Notre-Dame location are super friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, and everything came out looking just as good as it tasted. The space is clean, modern, and has a nice chill vibe – great for a quick lunch or casual dinner.

I’ve also ordered delivery a few times and it’s been consistent – still fresh, tasty, and well-packed. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving poke or want something healthy and delicious. Definitely a hidden gem in the Saint-Henri...
