very bad customer service!! the server (a girl with short dark hair) ruined the entire experience with extremely insulting and rude service š š
She barely came to our table,i asked her for a takeout box she just handed me the box but no bag..she should have thought that giving just a box without a bag, how will i carry it? its her duty to think about it atleast!
soon my card declined when i tried to pay the bill so i used an alternative card, i didnāt tip her first so that lady asked me if there was a problem with the service i said no, she asked why i didnāt tip her. I said i had limited money for which my card declined at first as well and she clearly saw. Then she embarassed me by insulting me infront of my friends by saying THE EXACT WORDS : āit is no point of me to serve you well if you canāt tipā
i was shocked by this attitude that how could she say even though i when i already paid for the food i ate.
i was shocked by her insulting me like this that i ended up saying sorry to her. Though i shouldnāt have said that,i only said cause she embarassed me infront of my friends.
however my other friends were gonna tip her but because of her action and attitude, my friend denied to even tip her at all.
she also gave us a mean look when we were leaving the restaurant.
we left the restaurant sad and very disappointed at our experience that later we had to go back again to tell that server that we were very dissatisfied by her action and told her how itās customerās choice to tip as well as how she canāt ask for it by insulting her customer this way.
she didnāt apologize for once!! and just said āi dont careā. also i told her i will post a google review sharing my experience she didnt seem bothered at all and just said āsureā.
we left the restaurant angrily.
We are tourist in this city and this experience on our last day of the trip ruined our whole trip. we ate in multiple restaurants but havenāt experienced something like this in our lives. Very dissapointing! Never gonna here come again!! š”

There were many things like - the server was rude and impatient and clearly did not like that she had another table to take care off. we got our bill split into two and for the first bill, even after adding a very good tip, she just threw the receipt on the table. I gave out my hand as an indication that I want the receipt and was waiting that she would give it in my hand and not throw it on the table. My friend made a mistake on adding the tip. He missed adding two 00 to the tip make it a whole amount. When the server asked him. He promptly admitted that this is a mistake and why would give a tip of few cents. The server was not ready to listen and called another person to the table and just walked off. I mean anyone would get this that if the tip is a few cents it could clearly be a mistake and also we admitted this was a mistake. But they kept arguing that it is a rule to pay a minimum of 15% as a tip and nothing less than that is acceptable. This went on for quite some time. All we were asking was for the server to be patient to listen to what exactly had happened rather rather pointing fingers. Also, she should have seen that the first bill had a pretty good tip on it and should have been polite enough to ask what went wrong and if it was a mistake.
I don't think I will be visiting this...

There were several issues with the service. Initially, I didn't plan to post about it because I understand they might have a new staff member in training, and the organization might not be fully adjusted yet, especially with the added challenge of more customers on the terrace.
Being aware of these factors, I didn't want to leave a bad review. However, the last straw was the following:
The person who charged me threw the change at me when I didn't leave a tip. He rudely asked why I didn't like the service, and when I tried to explain, he cut me off and didn't let me finish.
KIND ADVICES: If you ask for feedback, listen to it constructively rather than arguing with the customer, who deserves an apology for the forgotten dish (which was requested twice more but still never arrived). If you notice that the restaurant is overwhelmed and the service is slow, consider informing customers. This way, you can make an informed decision to either wait or explore other dining options.
The food is average, and the prices are great, but our table was left with spilled water that was never cleaned up. Nearby tables remained unserved even after we left.
