Second Cup Coffee — Restaurant in Montreal

I’m appalled at the way my daughter was treated. We came to have a coffee and a bite to eat, before ordering my daughter asked to use the restroom and they told her that she had to order something before using it. She told them I need to use the washroom immediately, I’ll order after I use it, another man comes over to her and repeats the same thing very rudely . Are they that hard up for a $3 cup of COFFEE that they can’t let their customers use the restroom first. This isn’t the first time she experienced this at this place. I’m visiting from another country and I’m disgusted with the disrespect and rudeness. She didn’t end up using the restroom and we left immediately. I use to love second cup, never again will I spend my money at this place, there are so many other CAFES with great service that treat their customers with respect. I normally love coming to my nearest second cup. I often order via the app for personal reasons, and it's never been an issue until this location. It's normally the same one guy at the front here. After waiting in the store for ~15 mins, I went up and asked if my order had went through, and the man was very rude and insistent that I hadn't ordered, despite it being right there on my phone. It wasn't very busy, either. Eventually, he rolled his eyes and very obviously annoyed made my two drinks by looking at my phone, but one of them wasn't even correct.
