Some of the dishes are fantastic. "In their all you can" menu, not only sushi but hot dishes are also served. I loved all of the teriyaki, pad thai and udon noodles are also fantastic. I am not a big fan of the "deep fried section because come on, what do you expect in an all you can eat for 20 dollars? They don't use the best oil and it's mostly dough and oil. So I would rather recommend going for the grilled dishes. Their seaweed salad is way too sugary and it almost never arrives when you put it on the list, you have to say it in person if you want to see it on your table. Sushi pizza tastes awesome but it's mostly dough, nothing to fill your stomach with honestly. The lunch menu doesn't include sashimi. The waiting isn't as long as everyone suggests it is. I can guarantee that your servers will not be the most friendly ones but they are all good except the female server who always always always frowns. You always get your water refilled free of charge. And there is always a few waiters around so it's all good. I don't like the dumplings here neither. But chicken cutlets are to die for. But seriously Teriyaki is the best. I love all the Dragon Sushi's and Eel included ones. BBQ Eel is awesome. Phoenix roll, Dynamite roll. In short, all the Sushis listed on the "House Roll" section rules. I love their vanilla, mango and red bean ice cream. When you go on big groups you pay more on tax and service, just so you know. Lunch starts from 11.30 am and lasts until 3.30 pm or so. And it's 17 dollars without tax but can go up to 23 depending on the size of your group. Is it the best quality? No. But will it satisfy your sushi and asian food cravings? In the best way. Also it's located in the Crescent Street as you can understand from the name which is very central, the place looks very small from outside but it has 2 floors and second floor is very large. However you might have to get intimate while sitting.

THERE WAS A BEE IN OUR FOOD! Our Beef Teriyaki came with an extra topping, a green bee cooked with the meat! When I calmly showed it to the staff, they were like, "oh we can give you TWENTY PERCENT DISCOUNT!!" for a total of -11.60$ FOR ALMOST EATING A BEE. The excuses were: 1) they went above and beyond for that 20% discount, because 15% is their max ever (I feel so honoured btw) 2) it wasn't their fault because they bought that beef, it wasn't theirs (well I wasn't expecting them to rise 4 cows on the roof anyways) But wait, THERE IS MORE! If by any chance we get sick, our Dr. is going to be able to point that it is because of the bee, and in that case, the restaurant would pay for everything. That's what they told us (I feel so relieved now) The disappointing part is that the staff is trained to behave like that (they were just following orders). Their instructions are to let the customer leave the establishment angry and pretend they did something to solve the situation as long as they save some money.

Non je ne reviendrai pas expérience globale non satisfaite This sushi restaurant located in the city center offers salmon sushi that is burned on the surface with a torch, a feature that other restaurants of the kind do not offer. Parking is very problematic, we do not hide it! It is better to be patient or take the metro. We came after dinner time around 2:00 p.m., the place was not very crowded. Orders must be made with your cell phone by scanning the bar code, to see the menu. The sushi plates arrive too slowly, you have to ask for ginger and wasabi. When the order is placed, it is not possible to know if it has been made or not If you order more than 2 times, some orders are completely forgotten!!! In short, very slow service to wait for the sushi once ordered, order forgotten. The tip is added to the automatic bill and this before taxes so we pay the tax on the tip?!? Unacceptable Only positive point is the sushi that I was talking about at the beginning which is worth tasting. No I will not come back overall experience not satisfied

Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were many people without a reservation, but they still let us in on a busy night when they looked full. Of course we were asking for a lot, but they should have refused us at the door, because they did not have the staff nor the skill to serve us.

When the service started, they were incredibly slow, and showed no accountability for it. Our server kept pressing us, saying that the order was coming soon, so we held out hope. The food kept coming at a slow pace, with no sign of speeding up.

The craziest part is they convinced us to halve our original order, and by the 2.5 hour mark, they didn’t even complete that. Many parts of our order were missing, and it wasn’t even like we had done 10 separate orders, we had one large, simple order to share, and they couldn’t manage that.

Skip to the 3 hour mark, and all of us are still hungry, the restaurant is practically empty and the kitchen is packing up. They skipped out on a good portion of our orders and claimed that they did indeed bring everything we ordered. A complete lie. Their website even showed they didn’t complete the order.

We walk downstairs to pay, and our server already has all the bills printed. We were charged 50$ (not including tip) each for slow service, missing food and not even good food at that. We try to argue that this price does not reflect the service we received, at which point the server says that once the bills are printed, the prices are finalized, which I don’t even think is true. If this was true, then why did he have them printed out before we had even said anything about leaving? Sure we stayed until closing time but they weren’t even close to completing the order we had put up 3 HOURS AGO.

The worst part is, the staff wouldn’t call the manager/supervisor. They said it was too late past close (the only reason we were past close was because of their poor service) and we would risk waking up the manager (boo hoo). On top of this, the staff had zero accountability. None of them ever even admitted that their service was slow, and that this is the first time they’ve received a complaint.

We were 12 people and they gave us 5 people’s worth of food, then claim that they had no way to compensate us since the bills were already printed. We were scammed into paying for food scraps.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, especially if you’re coming in to dine as a large group. I can’t help but feel like we were duped into dining there just to pay a ridiculous amount of money for negligible portions of food. Save your money and...

Hello,

I really liked your restaurant. I always like to go there and bring new people with me who never been. I have always been a great ambassador. But yesterday, an incident happens because of one of your staff that really makes me dislike your place and that will heavily jeopardize your reputation because now I won't be able to say good things about your place, and you might lose new customers. I came, as usual, yesterday for lunch with a friend. And I wanted to sit at my usual table, and I insisted that I really want this table but the staff says no you cannot because it is already reserved and then they showed me another table which I accept. Then one of your staff that I wasn't even speaking to, came from nowhere and told me this sentence "If you are not happy, you can leave and come another day." It was super rude of him to say that, you never speak to a client like that. Because you make feel the client that he is worthless and that is not how you should treat your customers otherwise you are going to lose them and they are not gonna speak well about you. All his colleagues were nice except him. He had no reason to say this sentence. I told him "you are rude, why?" he said I am not rude, it is your perspective who is biased. So instead of apologizing he kept being even ruder, and then I said because of you I will not come back anymore to this restaurant, and he said "do you promise?". This is unacceptable for a restaurant of your prestige. This person is really downgrading your restaurant because he was the only one rude. You should really do something about this guy or otherwise another incident like that will happen and it is not gonna be good for your...
