Where do I begin…..I want to start off by saying that for the most part the service here is good, and I actually quite like the food as it’s hard to find good bar food in Montreal. The management, however, is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered.
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times with friends to get all you can eat wings, and I’ve even ordered their Super Bowl wing special two years in a row. The second time I ordered for Super Bowl was this year, and the experience was awful. To begin, I placed my order online (by email) on a Wednesday and was told they would confirm my order on the Saturday. Nowhere did they say they only contact by phone (despite me ordering by email) and when they called I was out of the country and had no service. I only remembered that they were supposed to confirm on my way to the restaurant. Once there, I very casually/nicely mentioned that I didn’t receive confirmation and the manager immediately got defensive with me - much to my confusion. Still, he said they could prepare the order, which I appreciated, and the very nice and helpful waitress Avery filled out my order for 100 wings, as I ordered.
When I got home, I realized they only gave me 65 wings and this was not going to be enough for the 15 people at my Super Bowl party. I called the restaurant and Avery picked up and was incredibly apologetic and spoke to the manager for me. He told her to tell me he would call me the next day to give me a refund, which I was very appreciative of. My friends and I then ordered more wings to feed the rest of the party.
The next day, the manager calls me and tells me he can’t give me a refund. I’m confused and firmly told him that I was told I would be getting a refund therefore I should be receiving one. He kept going in circles with the same argument that he can’t give me a refund but I can come to the restaurant to get 20 free wings. This was obviously not sufficient enough to me and I kept insisting that I receive a refund as true to his original word. I also told him that 20 free wings is a ridiculous compensation and was not good enough. We kept going in circles so I told him I would go to the store to figure this out. He told me his hours which were during my work hours of 9-5 except one evening on the weekend. This was super inconvenient for me but still I figured I’d give it a chance. I called ahead of time on the day of (multiple times) and he did not pick up. I didn’t want to waste my time to probably receive nothing so I didn’t go. I’m out $60 still with no semblance of an apology.
I want to add on that I had a similar bad experience with management once at their all you can eat wings night where my friends and I had to wait 2 hours to receive our order. Management offered us 30% off our order and we had to argue with them multiple times to receive free wings when we probably would’ve had more wings had we been served in a timely manner.
Also, management treats their staff horribly.
I will never return to this restaurant again and neither will...

Read moreMy friends and I recently made a reservation for a party of over 25 people at your location. We understood ahead of time that accommodating such a large group can be challenging, and we were prepared to be patient with wait times. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.
When we arrived, the tables were not even put together in advance. Despite the fact that we had made a reservation, the staff spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to create a table large enough for all of us to sit together.
Despite having plenty of staff on the floor, many of whom were standing around talking, we were assigned only one waitress for our entire party. As you can imagine, this made it difficult to get basic service like drink refills or checking in on our orders.
While we were willing to overlook delays with the food because of our group size, what we could not overlook was finding an actual feather embedded in our boneless wings. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, he was dismissive and rude, saying, “It’s chicken, of course it’s going to have feathers.” This is not an acceptable response. Boneless, battered, and fried wings should not have feathers sticking out of them.
Instead of apologizing sincerely or offering a reasonable solution, he argued with us and said he would only discount the wings if we had not finished them. His attitude was unprofessional, and it honestly ruined my friend’s birthday celebration.
We came to your restaurant expecting a fun night and decent service but left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the staffing issues and the way complaints are handled so future guests don’t have to deal with the same experience.
