Been there twice in one weekend. First time - both burgers came out wrong. I've always ordered "no pickle, no onion". Yet keep getting pickles and onion. I physically cannot eat onions. I'm not allergic but they do make me sick. Second time - my first payment did not go through but my second one did. I used the wrong card at first. When arriving at the second window, I was basically treated like a criminal trying to steal food. I attempted to prove to them through my banking and still had to pull up before they would bring me my food eventually. I had asked them at first, to check with the first window and there would be a receipt to prove it went through as well, yet they did not do that and continued to talk over me and proceeded to ask me to pull ahead. In the end, we still got a burger made wrong, because they did not listen to me and rushed my order. I said "kids cheese burger, no pickle, onion or mustard" she goes "plain?" I add "well, only ketchup". You'd think l'd get a cheese burger with just ketchup. No, plain burger with ketchup. Simple miscommunication that could've been avoided had they paid more attention or read my order back (it was still changing as they asked me to pull ahead). What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? Check your receipts and pay attention to people when ordering. It's really that simple. If you think you can slap a burger in a bag, regardless of preference and get away with it - I will be back every time to return it. Paid for my coffee with Apple Pay pulled up to the next window to retrieve my coffee and they said transaction did not go through despite the money being deducted from my banking account. Showed the attendant that it, indeed went through, and she argued with me. Saying to dispute it with my bank. I said if I have to dispute the transaction with my bank, the I need a receipt that the transaction was not complete. She told me that it doesn't print if it doesn't go through. I paid AGAIN for my coffee. Looking back I should've refused to leave until I got the coffee I PAID FOR THE FIRST TIME. Been trying to dispute this with my bank like she said and now McDonald's isn't responding to my bank, it is now March 8th. I called McDonald's and they want me to drive back for my money.
