Econo Pizza & Wings Diner — Restaurant in Newmarket

Literally just sent all of our food back! We got a burger with Poutine, onion rings, fish & chips. My son said the only thing juicy about his burger was the pickles & when I took a bite the patty itself was just GROSS. My fish was rock hard (breading), tho the fish itself was thick. The fries were Limp undercooked and I could taste the oil it was fried in which tasted just like the rings. His Poutine had 3 "spots" of cheese & the gravy was NOT gravy! I was impressed with the 22 minute delivery time tho & the Pizza the last time we ordered (1st time pizza & 2nd ever ordering tonight). The Manager/Owner I took my issues up with tonight was just flat out RIDE & UNCARING. I called looking for a credit towards my next order but ended up asking for a refund! Gave the delivery guy $5 upon delivery & another $5 upon refund. I will be sure to let my friends know about the Terrible...

Ordered the pizza for takeout, store said over the phone that it would be approximately 40 mins. After some time I receive a call from the store saying the pizza was on its way, no mention of any problems. Delivery man arrives only to lecture myself and my boyfriend for nearly 5 minutes for not answering the door upon his initial arrival to the house, backing up the street and not allowing cars to pass. Cars were honking at him to hurry up his conversation with us so he could move his car out of the street, to which he was unfazed and kept telling us how we should receive our delivery in the future. It was unexpected and frankly, uncalled for. We tipped the man like we always would, and apologized but it left a negative impression. We didn’t order a pizza to get trapped in a lecture. We both work in food service and we didn’t find it...

Only received 1 out of 3 items ordered, when calling the restaurant to inquire about the missing items the staff were rude and did not provide any solution. The story changed from the order wasn’t fully received to the order was given in full to the delivery driver. The delivery driver stated at the door the only item that was given to him was the one he was delivering. I asked on the phone why the order wasn’t received and if we could get the items redelivered .The staff at the restaurant were dismissive and rude on the phone. When calling the delivery company to inquire for a refund we were told the restaurant wouldn’t have accepted to remake the order. Very disappointing honestly as we were excited to try a new local spot but won’t be returning with the customer...
