Cool Hand Luke's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

We stumbled upon this hidden gem, and I'm so glad we did! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home.

But what truly made our experience stand out was our table server, (i wish i had asked for his name). They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met with a smile. From answering our questions about the menu to accommodating our special requests (yes, we were those annoying customers who asked for no ice in our drinks!), our server was patient, friendly, and made us feel like we were the only table in the pub.

When we asked for recommendations, our server enthusiastically told us that their chicken wings were the best - and boy, were they right! We took their advice and ordered a plate, and oh man, those wings were fall-off-the-bone delicious!

The conversation flowed effortlessly, and we found ourselves chatting with our server like old friends. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing an exceptional customer experience.

The food and drinks were, of course, delicious, but it was the outstanding service that truly made our evening special. If you're looking for a pub that feels like a warm hug, look no further!

I am giving 3 stars though it deserves 4 for food and prices - the food was excellent and the prices are great. However I am left disappointed as I went with a small group of 4 for kareoke and we ordered food and drinks upon arrival. I requested water for the table as we were singing and drinking alcohol, none was brought to us. My friend was refused when he tried to order a beer so again I requested water. I asked for glasses of water on 3 separate occasions and we weren't given any, and then another of my friends was refused to be served so I because of that, I wasn't allowed anything else. While yes I agree our one friend was intoxicated, the rest of us were good just wanting to drink and sing and our friend would have been fine if we had been served water! I have never been to an establishment that ignored...

I have been going here for so many years, building friendships, enjoying ever moment, except for a few times. Being part of the surrounding area it was my place to go. So many memories of joy, but also great sorrow from the loss of great individuals, forever etched in my soul. I came to do alot for the establishment, and the owners as well as the staff(friends?) Sadly, situations occurred that were out of my control, leaving me paralyzed with disbelief, being disrespected by individuals that I now realize were never true souls. Just playing the game, wearing fake smiles!!! Great place to go to eat(south western chicken sandwich!!) and be sociable, just don't fall into the false personas, lack of management,nor the thought that anyone is genuine.
