Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

This place is GREAT!!! Open late enough to make sure I can get there after work. They keep it CLEAN and it doesn’t smell bad like one of the other major chains usually does. We were lucky enough to get a great sandwich/sub architect/artist/creator named Sonny/Sunny (And I apologize if it’s spelt wrong) who was extremely knowledgeable and VERY PLEASANT to order from. (Too bad I used a prepaid card from my stocking to pay because if I’d had any cash I would have tipped him for sure!) I found the price to be QUITE REASONABLE as well. This was a really really bad experience! Definitely not coming to this location back again! We placed a pickup order through Uber Eats, after which we waited for around 10-15 mins, There were 2 customers who arrived after us but they fulfilled their orders first. We requested them to check our order as the bill already popped up when we placed the order but they did not look at it, and when asked they replied very rudely saying sit down! we will do it in sometime. This is not the way how we expect to be treated at such a popular franchise. DEFINITELY NOT COMING...

Waited for 20 minutes on a Monday because another employee and I assume the owner were too busy chatting and laughing. I love Mr Sub but 3 subs and 3 pop came to $38 and the service was awful, the parking lot all holes, no sanitizer etc during covid or mask worn... maybe sir you should spend some of the money you put into your Tesla into the franchise!
