Alright, I don't usually leave reviews (unless it’s for a discount or good reviews) but I feel like this one deserves it.
Me and my friend came here after a long day since it’s got some decent reviews and we were pretty hungry. We decided to try this place for the first time as I have heard of it before and thought why not.
We ordered an extra large meat lover pizza , small jerk chicken pizza (just to try it) , their chicken fries and a handful of sauces (again just to try for the first time) . We also tried this almond milk drink they had in glass bottles.
I’ll start with giving them credit for 2 things: first things first that almond milk drink was great, the milk was fatty , sweet and healthy tasting if that makes any sense. The actual almonds that were in it were a nice crunchy texture , and it gave the sensation of having a snack while having a drink. 7.4/10. Second thing great about this place seemed to be the price, for all of that food we paid only 65 bucks, that included the tip I left. It doesn’t sound like a lot food and definitely doesn’t look like a lot of food but it was HEAVY, great pricing for a decent amount of food. 7.6/10
However that’s where that ends. Everything else was bellow mid. The meat lovers pizza tasted bland and basic with way too much meat just tossed in there. The jerk chicken pizza was down right garbage, no jerk taste , no real flavour, no nothing. If you buy the jerk chicken pizza, congratulations you have waisted your money. Both pizzas were bland and mediocre, the dough on both of them was not good at all, and it felt as if they were just tossed together with ZERO CARE. 5/10 for both combined.
Now the chicken fingers deserve their own section because of how BAD they were. I would use many different flavoured words to describe how bad these were but I don’t think google would allow it. They tasted like they have been sitting around for years and they just tossed them in some oil to fry them up. It was the worst chicken I’ve ever had , possibly top 3 worst foods I’ve ever had. DO NOT BUY THEM. 0/10.
Costumer service was bellow average , not terrible definitely not the worst but pretty bad. The lady is actually the reason why I’m even making this review, we asked her questions on the food to get her opinion and the only thing we got was “ it’s good” and that’s it. She told us that about 10 times, so i decided after I eat and give the food a fair shot I would make a review. It also came across that she really didn’t care for serving us and it was more like she just wanted us to leave so she could go back to chilling on her phone in the back. 2/10, 2 only because she actually took our order and kinda did her job.
Finally I will close off with saying that it’s been about a 2 hours since I’ve ate and I’ve got a stomach ache and overall pretty bad feeling. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are drunk and in need of a quick bellow mediocre pizza. It’s a decent price, DEFINITELY try the almond milk drink, but leave out the pizza and pretty much everything else they have. As I mentioned, if you are drunk and need something quick it might do it, other wise go somewhere else. I recommend trying pizza company in St. Catharines. This place is a solid 4/10 maybe 5/10 if drunk. Don’t waist your money here unless it’s on that...
