Booster Juice — Restaurant in Oakville

I walked in only to realize no air conditioning on a hot summer day. There was a gentleman in front of me, I placed my order and then gentleman came in after me and also ordered. During this time someone returned to the store with their wrap complaining that it contained beef and they ordered black bean. They politely l Asked for their money back and this flustered the older man working. The young girl who was also working there asked the older man what my order was and snapped back at her and told her to wait as he processed the return. The young worker then filled the order to the gentleman behind me. He got his order and walked out. I waited for 10 minutes for my order to be made. There was definitely a lack of communication between the two workers. He was angry and slammed the juice pitchers as of to blame the young girl. I understand that sometimes you agenda to wait and it’s important to show grace. If you are making your customers wait , be sure to have the air conditioning running I will not be returning to...

At the start of this year, in an effort to get more healthy stuff in me, I started going to booster juice every day before or after work and getting a Tropikale with Whey.

Became routine.

I'm a guy with a stutter and a creature of habit so I usually order the same thing because its easier to say it over and over also it's just good.

The lovely staff save me the hassle of trying to stutter through my order to the point where I went in today and saw a staff member I've never seen before (Pretty sure she's brand new) and she knew my order already.

My reputation precedes me.

This used to be my go to location as I love Booster Juice. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I've gone in there to order, there is a new male worker with quite possibly the worst bofy odour I have ever smelled. The first time I felt a bit grossed out bit figured it was a one off, but today he was there again and the whole store smelled of his body odour. I grabbed my drink and left. Unfortunately, I ended throwing my drink out as all I could smell was this guys body odor and it grossed me out to tge point I couldn't drink it. Will not be returning to...
