Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

This is a horrible outlet who don't care about people sentiments and religious values about the food. I ordered a vegetarian pizza for take out and there were traces of chicken in it. I have been a regular Dominos pizza customer and never had any issue but the folks in this outlet seem to be careless and don't value religious sentiments. My daughter took the pick while I was in the car. She mentioned that the staff was confused. Despite of showing pizza ready for delivery on the app, there were running around to check instructions and took 5 extra minutes. Despite of that, it was not what we expected. I ordered pizza last night, and when I went to pick it up, there was no acknowledgment from the staff until I mentioned I had a pickup order. There was one worker and the boss present, but it seemed like the worker was doing all the work while the boss just directed her. There’s a hygiene issue as well—when she cashed out a customer, she handled money and didn’t wash her hands before touching my pizza to cut it. Money is dirty, so why aren’t employees washing their hands regularly? I also ordered the pizza with extra sauce, and I’m pretty sure I paid extra for it, but it came out dry with barely any sauce. To the staff called Baijid - I rarely write reviews, unless it’s really awesome or awful. As a customer, I don’t expect you to offer great services, but at least as a person, you should be well-mannered. When I entered the store, you had no facial expressions, asking inside a few times and then slowly came out showing your unwillingness. When I asked for tissues, you didn’t get it and then seemed to discuss about my accent with your colleague when I hadn’t left the store yet.
