I ate here yesterday and the food was straight-up terrible. My McChicken was undercooked, fries were stale, no refills, no ketchup, and the staff literally screamed my number across the store instead of just calling it normally. I felt sick right after eating and ended up with food poisoning later. To make it worse, the place was filthy — the bathroom floor had pee and toilet paper everywhere.
While I was sitting there, I watched the manager be unnecessarily rude to a girl who looked about 16 just for politely asking about a discount. She was very respectful, probably just a teenager trying to save a couple bucks, and even apologized before backing away when the manager hit her with a flat “no.” Instead of leaving it there, he leaned over the counter to tack on “and you should know you can’t get that anyways.” She apologized again kept walking away and he said “are you gonna order or what?” Before running back into the kitchen. He didn’t yell, but the way he said it was so harsh he might as well have. Nobody’s saying he has to hand out free stuff — but he does have to talk to people like they’re human. Even the employees looked scared of him. I don’t know his name, but to describe him: short, looked mid-20s but carried himself like someone twice that age, greasy hair, and old piercings that looked like they’d seen better days. The way he acted just screamed power trip.
The poor girl was shaking and she went to go order at the screen so she wouldn’t have to keep getting macked on over a simple misunderstanding. I used to work in fast food and customers would come in with old discounts. We were always kind and treated them with dignity even when denying them. Yes fast food is stressful, but take your anger out on the customers who actually deserve it! You are closer to being the person on the other side of the counter than Ronald McDonald, so just be nice.
I don’t usually feel the need to leave reviews, but this McDonald’s badly needs to retrain their managers on how to prepare edible food, clean the restaurant, and treat customers with basic respect. I spent nearly $20 just to get food poisoning and attitude. I’ll be taking my business to Harvey’s across the...
Read moreI recently visited this McDonald's location and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this establishment lacked any sense of cleanliness or customer service.
Firstly, the restaurant was filthy. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs, and the overall atmosphere was just grimy. It was clear that the staff had no interest in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for their customers.
Moving on to the food, it was an absolute disaster. I ordered a classic Big Mac meal, expecting the usual deliciousness that McDonald's is known for. However, what I received was a sad excuse for a burger. The patty was overcooked and dry, the lettuce was wilted, and the special sauce was barely noticeable. It was a tasteless and disappointing mess.
To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. The employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated. They took forever to take my order, and when I finally received it, they got it wrong. It was clear that they lacked any sense of urgency or basic customer service skills.
Lastly, the prices were outrageous for the quality of food and service provided. McDonald's used to be known for its affordable and tasty meals, but it seems like they have lost sight of that. I left feeling ripped off and unsatisfied.
Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was a complete letdown. From the unclean environment to the subpar food and lackluster service, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better fast...
Read moreNot only once but twice have I attempted buying food through the app, being charged by my bank just to get to the drive through to be told, “the payment didn’t go through” the first time they told me I’d have to double pay and then dispute the amount with my bank, which by the way takes about an hour just to get ahold of a human to try to fix the problem that was caused by the app or human error, not by me, obviously. The second time they tried the same but I told them to just cancel my previous order and I’d re-order and pay so I don’t have to double pay, well, the employee just gave me an “overring” receipt that helps nobody because the return on the receipt is $0.00, something I didn’t realize until later. Both charges are still reflecting on my bank account and I yet have to dispute which will probably be hard because for some reason the employee changed the price and now the transactions don’t match. This app was ok until it wasn’t, I used it because it was convenient to order ahead of time and for the points but never again, this app and it’s glitches are as good as a Big Mac with no meat patties (yes, that’s on the menu). Worst app and worst customer...
