Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Burlington

Hello owner I can say without a shred of doubt that this is the worst customer service I ever had. I wouldn't have posted a star if that was the only way to post a review. The girl working tonight at around 9.00 pm was being rude and zero customer service. It's been ongoing with Tim's lately due to hiring incompetant staff. I ordered three beverages and I was going to order tim bits and was hoping she would ask what kind but no just OK. I asked twice aren't you gonna ask what type ....no answer. I drove to the window and waited just to see her drop assorted which I don't want. I asked her I never ordered assorted and she is " WHAT DO U WANT " in a rude and sarcastic manner I said I wanted blue berry cheese tim bits and honey dip. She replied she doesn't have them. I told her I just paid at circle K for gas and saw the blue berry tim bits at the very bottom. She was clearly not a mood to serve and she was saying. I was being rude for asking the order I wanted. She said she don't want to serve me and I said it's ok because I don't trust anymore what ever she serves. Tims if they want to stay in business kindly teach the staff about customer service and if they don't want to do it just QUIT. Don't ruin customer's evening with rude...

This is absolutely the WORST Tim Horton's I've ever been to, and I say this as someone who worked at a Tim's for four years. I wish negative stars were an option. I've been living in this area for nearly a year now, and if I go to this location, I'm guaranteed to get something in my order wrong (which, by the way, isn't at all complicated). I wish this was an exaggeration but I can't recall a time where I've went in there and had good service, between receiving the wrong product and having incredibly slow wait times (storefront or DT, doesn't make a difference at all). I've spoken to the manager a couple times now during these instances, but stumbled upon this whilst looking for the store number so I can complain to TDL because this is out of hand.

Long story short, save yourself some time, money and aggravation. Go to a different Tim Horton's. Make your own coffee. Literally, do anything but visit...

This is the WORST tim hortons ever .I work right across the plaza in fast food hospitality .Sometimes,I stop by to get coffee and other stuff .But ,it is always wrong and on top of that ,one girl (she worked today around 10:30 ish ) who works here shows unnecessary attitude .I ordered Bacon Loaded box today and they gave me Sausage loaded box ,then I have to drive back and get that changed ,no apologies ,nothing ,just plain attitude.I understand you have drive thru times to maintain but please be little nice .Last time,I bought donuts for my staff and they gave me stale donuts and I had to return that as well ,again ,they showed me attitude (it was the same girl ) when I went to return that .You guys seriously need to talk to...
