Dim Sum Kingston — Restaurant in Ontario

I cannot believe this restaurant is still in service. My interaction with this restaurant was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered on Uber eats and the food was ‘out for delivery’ for 3+ hours before they closed their restaurant and it never came. I called multiple times over the course of the 2nd and 3rd hour and every time they said 30 more minutes. During the second last call they said their car broke down and could not confirm when the order would come. Every phone call ended in them hanging up on me. I spent $40 on my order that was never refunded. I asked them multiple times to either deliver the food or cancel my order so that I won’t be charged… they did neither. The store owner was very very rude during every phone call in addition to the already despicable food...

Dogsh*t. The negative reviews are not kidding.

They do their own courier service on doordash to avoid real support. I won’t be going back here but this was easily the worst chinese food I’ve ever had.

Had to throw out our meals, two chicken chow mein that were undercooked and overcooked in different places, the lettuce was rotten and the only thing that tasted good was the diet coke but I’d not be surprised if that was messed up. The place is a hit and miss with the food. I have been here at numerous occasions for late night dimsum craving. Mostly I have had very good experience. I usually order the same stuff so it's easier to judge consistency. Must order in house made chicken and shrimp spring rolls. Which I wish they served with a spicy sauce for dipping!
