What terrible customer service. Both times I’ve attempted to order has resulted in me walking out. What type of customer service makes customers feel unwelcome to an establishment looking to make money? What kind of employee makes it their goal to shoo away customers even before making an order. A simple question results in rolling eyes and sighs. Fine, don’t want my business? I’ll gladly walk out. I was nothing but kind and respectful BOTH times I went in. First time, I waited 25 minutes and I was respectful and understanding. Second time, I walked out within minutes. this isn’t isolated to one individual employee, it’s two separate employees who work night shifts and make customers feel unwelcome. Fine, I won’t eat here ever again, and I’ll make it my goal to steer away any future customers with the sole fact that your employees make it feel like we’re causing them a huge burden. If they don’t want our business, I won’t come. I will also tell everyone else that this establishment does not want business. I didn’t realize that a business’ main goal is to steer away customers from buying food. I’ve worked in the food industry, and I have treated customers with nothing but kindness, even on my off days. It’s my JOB. I will never give this place a second chance, and it’s a shame because the food was pretty good the first time I’ve had it. The customer service aspect of a business is crucial in maintaining a proper clientele, and obviously, that is not the goal with this specific establishment. Non-hygienic. I ordered falafel bowl(vegetarian), a lady (worker) was making order for other customer with chicken(non-veg) wrap, she take out chicken and with same gloves she was cleaning front area of vegetable section as well as with same gloves she was preparing my order take out falafel; onions and peppers. I asked lady to change the gloves and she asked other boy (worker) to help me. That boy respected about my religion and make my order with respect. I am paying for that food not asking for free.
