Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

The drive thru service at this location is absolutely deplorable! It was seven minutes when they decided to take my order and had I not spoken up I wonder how much longer I would have waited! When my order was finally asked for after I said "Hello??" the employee said "yes what do you want"? Are you kidding me?? That's how you greet a customer after making me wait for 7 minutes? I placed my order and the employee said drive up. Didn't even ask if I cared to order anything else or give me my total money owed. I drove up to the window and to my surprise it was a young man at the window but when I was placing my order I was speaking to a woman. He immediately held the debit machine out the window without saying a word and as I tapped my card he very quickly pulled the debit machine back and it caught on my finger nail. Yes it hurt with no apology to boot! I don't know why he was in such a hurry as I was the only one in line for food. A young girl then came to the window holding my order out and yelled "Here!" Wow what is the problem with the employees at this location? That's the second time I've encountered a very bad attitude and service at this location and that's why I'm writing this review. That behavior is completely unacceptable. The absolute rudest drive thru in the city of Windsor! Shame on you all! I got home and bit into my burger and it was half cooked after I ordered it well done!! Into the garbage it went! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! AGAIN,...

Absolutely the worst Harvey’s I’ve ever been to. Right from the start, the cashier snapped at us with “WHAT DO YOU WANT!” in the rudest tone, as if we were a bother. When we showed her an online coupon, she snapped again, “I CAN’T SEE THAT,” with the same attitude.

After paying, service completely stalled. We watched our food sit in the window getting cold while what appeared to be the manager jumped on another register, even though there was barely a line. Then the young female worker at the burger station grabbed the wrong order. When we pointed it out, she started arguing with us instead of checking properly. We explained we ordered two doubles with cheese, not singles without cheese. She kept insisting we were wrong until an older drive-thru worker stepped in, confirmed our receipt, and corrected her.

When we finally got our food, the burgers were thrown together — toppings hanging off everywhere, sloppy and cold. The onion rings were also cold. To top it all off, the dining area was filthy. Someone had spilled a pop, and instead of cleaning it up, they just left a mop bucket nearby while the floor was soaking wet. Our feet were drenched.

Between the rude service, sloppy food, and disgusting dining conditions, this was by far the worst Harvey’s experience...

This was probably the worst meal we have ever eaten!!!! We had barely driven around the building when my order was handed to me. Made fresh.........I think not. The burgers were still pink inside, and my onion rings were just a pile of mush. My wife's gravey......well, let's just say it kind of looked like gravey. We are not really fans of fast food, but after a long afternoon in emergency with my mother, we didn't feel like cooking and we had a coupon.
