KFC — Restaurant in Ontario

Regret dining in... Was in second last week of September on a Saturday at 3pm. We were the only one's in at the time (four staff on duty) Place was a complete disaster, looked like it was never cleaned. Greasy finger prints all over the windows. Floor had a thick slick of grease, my partner slipped on a open ketchup packet by the cash register. Had to pick the cleanest dirty table to sit at, had to use the vinegar packets to wipe down the table top and seat before dining. While eating, heard slapping sounds and looked over and saw the cook smacking flies in the kitchen area with a fly swatter... Did not even attempt to use the washroom, as we could only imagine how that looked like... When finished our meals. Went to express our concerns to the employees, the cashier didnt seem too concerned, he seemed annoyed and just wanted to get back to flirting with his female coworkers. Did The KFC survey provided at the cash register online, left my number for someone to call...no return call...

Like someone who did a Google Review, this experience has left me now avoiding all KFC's...

Actually, last week my partner and I went to Popeye's on Bell Boulevard and had a great lunch and experience, and didn't have to pre wash our table and seat before. Their Classic Sandwich is so tasty, and their staff are so friendly and professional.

Never again for KFC... thanks for nothing. Keep up the work, won't be seeing many franchises any longer if they don't take more pride in...

This is probably going to be the most confusing review yet. So I hope I make more sense than this place. Ready?

Ordered (2) Twister Combos + With Fries Supreme. Also order soft taco supreme combo. And additional Fry supreme combo all with drinks.

-All KFC items had tomatoes. Taco Bell items had nothing.

If you ordered tacos with tomato’s on it they couldn’t use the tomato’s there because they’re KFC tomatoes. Twisters had them but nothing on the tacos or fries.

Lmfao WHAT! Isn’t this the same place? Same building? No problem taking your $$$ without telling you until you complain.

Taco Bell changed their actual “fries” and won’t use KFC “fries”. We were served initially soggy almost frozen fries and when asked they stated the fries supreme changed with Taco Bell fries and nacho seasoning. You can no longer substitute anything on the KFC menu with Taco Bell menu.

My kid could make better fries supreme than this joke we got tonight. Paid fries supreme price with only cheese sauce and small dab of sour cream. There was literally no meat or veggies on it.

I literally paid $60 for an absolute joke. This place should have a for sale sign on it because it’s absolutely 🗑️.

If my fries were almost frozen how was your chicken ?? 😂. Hastings...

Craving taco bell and kfc. Went in and bought tacos and chicken tenders. (2) tacos tasted ok but not visually full, and (1) actually tasted bitter, had to throw it away. Instantly got me sick. Shells were not crispy… didn't follow prep and hold times.

Also bought tenders and they were stale, and inedible.. definitely sitting there much longer than the standard hold times for expired food, it was also fried in old oil, you can taste it in the food.

I have bought from here before around lunch and food is good. Clearly though outside of peak times they allow the food to sit longer than the holding times.

Hoping this can be corrected. It was a waste of my money and disappointed as it was my first meal of the day.

Service though I have to say is always friendly. Just wish they would follow the basics on food prep, hold and builds. I lost $20 on this and it’s sad because i am a big fan of KFC and Taco Bell and i have to gibe you guys a long break now. I should add, no receipts are given at this restaurant on the times i have been there. So not sure how surveys are getting...
