Unbelievable! In town for the weekend with kids. First visit burger ordered with double everything comes out with hardly anything on it. Condiments requested not included. Get back to the car with it to find the fries are rock solid -- gross! Stop on today and order. 2 apple pies.. brings out one peach because they ran out of apple. I didn't want peach so she said I would need to wait. She spins and walks away. Our double caramel sundae wasn't. 20 pack nuggets packed as 2 10s. Well 1 10 and 1 9. Cheeseburger is loose in the bag. And the wait time omg.. both times!!
Come on guys! I know you're busy but attention to detail matters. Being snotty because I politely tell you that there are some issues with my order -- less than impressed. Fast food isn't so fast here.. Took half melted sundae and added caramel to it. When we asked them to remake it someone else came out and said that they fixed it and were NOT going to remake it. Said they were going to grab a few more nuggets then came back with a box with just one nuggets inside. My husband pointed out that all in we had been here for half an hour. She raised her voice and said it hadn't been that long. When my hubby showed her the time she says oh well you had a big order. It really wasn't big or difficult. To have this person snotty ask do you want your Sunday or not we aren't going to remake it. Such lovely customer service. Said I could talk to another manager, but they're not fixing...
Read moreHorrible in-store service. Stopped in to grab a burger with my wife. There was lots of staff but few people in the restaurant. Not a single person was paying attention to what was going on in the restaurant. They all had their backs to the counter filling drive-thru and Skip the Dishes orders. My order was up and waiting for several minutes before I had to ask loudly for them to bring it to the counter. I also asked for the person waiting beside me who had the same experience. When I opened the food it was already cold, no napkins (for a burger and fries???), no straws, and none of this stuff is self serve anymore. I had to yell again to get someone's attention to get napkins, vinegar etc. and they were perturbed by my interruption. Why is all the focus on the drive thru and food apps? I took the time to come in and eat in the store and it was a terrible experience. When I provided my feedback on line I got a coupon for an extra value meal....seriously? Read moreI decided to change my review for this particular McDonald's location because I had initially reviewed this McDonald's my review focused on the 'not so happy' drive through workers, the ridiculously long drive through wait times etc If your in a big line and your just having a coffee, let the crew know not to make it until you get to the window if you want it to be hot.
But since, then the staff that does the drive through have been pleasant, friendly and always smiling. The drive through still gets horribly busy and sometimes they only have one lane opened, which sucks if your just getting coffee, but the demonstration of excellent customer service trumps the long wait.
Good job McDonald's, I rarely change my online reviews unless there is a significant difference in service, quality or food preparation. You have a good crew there right now, some of the older ladies that work cash deserve a nice bonus or maybe even just some recognition for the good that they bring to your...
