Nappo's Sports Bar and Pub — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered a pizza that came out burnt, we were told that a guy further down the bar had a pizza exactly the same so that's how they come. The server was very rude. We'd been in the day before and the food was brilliant and the service was great which we explained. We politely said that we weren't happy with the burnt pizza. We were eventually offered another pizza which we agreed to but still without an apology. The server made a point of asking the gentleman further down the bar if his pizza was ok because we had a problem with ours which was totally unnecessary. The chef made another but instead of the bbq base we ordered they put tobasco/hot chilli sauce on the base (we can handle spice but this was an intentional sabotage of our pizza) interestingly the waitress came to ask if we needed water. We didn't eat the pizza as who knows what else they did to it we complained and didn't have to pay for the pizza but I'm deeply saddened by this action. Never in my life has this happened to me and I feel upset that people would intentionally do this. What a way to behave.

In response, I had 4 beers my partner had 6 over the course of several hours with water which you should have noticed from the video. So your insuation is incorrect and you clearly didn't watch the supposed video very closely. We ordered the same pizza the night before, we know what jalapenos taste like and did not at any point complain that it was too spicy in fact we mentioned that it was not the same pizza as the burnt one or the night before but the server argued that it was and that we shouldn't expect any pizza to ever taste the same despite ordering the same ingredients (not the service we have received from anywhere we have stayed in any part of Canada). We know the difference between jalapenos and tobasco. We requested the bbq base which we had on the burnt pizza this was not at all what we received on the remade pizza. My complaint was with the rudeness of this member of staff and the fact that our second pizza was not what we ordered. Clearly this member of staff has worked with you for sometime as instead of taking on board what happens in your bar when you aren't there you have tried to insult me personally which was totally...

We were there in Canada Day stopped in for dinner along our bike tour. Now it was after 9pm.. it wasn’t that busy..

My husband got onion rings and chicken fingers, I had chicken Cesar wrap with poutine.

My husband and I split chicken fingers and the wrap. I stopped eating the chicken fingers as they appeared to be not cooked enough for my liking.. my husband continued eating he thought they looked pink still but thought it might’ve been seasoning or something..we didn’t bother saying anything to the server while we were there but it was obvious as there were full chicken fingers left untouched.

We’re about 40 hours since and my husband is still sick from the under cooked chicken..

If you order chicken from here be careful! When I called to talk to the manager (the same one who served us) I was just told “sorry they come frozen”..

Cool but my husbands missed two days of work and is still so sick… sorry doesn’t really cut it..

We have been a big fan of Nappos for years now and since the new kitchen Staff switched over the food has been going down hill. We ordered tonight at 550 and recieved our food at 8pm. I called and said are we able to get one of our food orders for free due to waiting that long, they said which order would you like for free I said the nachos. They come to my house and they charged me for the nachos but not the extra add ons. We open the nachos and we only got 1 add on out of three. I specifically asked for no jalapenos and they covered them on it. The nachos were burnt. The food looked like it was just thrown in a container and off it went. They will charge you also for things that you order and won't even get it.

A month ago this would have never happened. Now the orders are never right, and the quality of the food has gone right down.
