Phog Lounge — Restaurant in Ontario

Went to see a show and they were over capacity. Given the size of the venue, this is probably pretty common. That part is understandable. What isn't understandable is that they still insist on charging you for parking.

The second we pulled up this guy Ted is at our window asking for money. He didn't even let us or if our car, nevermind checking the venue to see If we could get in, before paying. This all seems very set up and intentional. When we came back 30 sec later and respectfully asked if we could have our parking fee back, he flat out refused and hid in his little parking outhouse to avoid taking to us.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam supported by Phog. He is well aware that they'll be over capacity by 930 and at that point gets to charge a full night's parking to each car that shows up for 30 seconds by not letting them check the venue, just telling them, or giving their money back if they're there...

I was getting TOO drunk and needed some food to absorb the alcohol. I noticed they had $6 hot dogs for 1 and $10 for 2 hotdogs. THEY ALSO HAD VEGETARIAN HOT DOGS!

I ordered a veggie dog, expecting it to be a plain veggie dog with a bun, no condos. Instead, I got a BEAUTIFULLY CHARRED vegetarian hot dog with the perfect and well balanced amount of ketchup, mayo, Dijon mustard and a nice thick juicy pickle slice!!!! There are so many reasons why this place has been one of the longest standing bars in Downtown Windsor. Their walls are constantly adorned by a rotating roster of local artists.
