Shelby's Legendary Shawarma — Restaurant in Ontario

So I went in yesterday and placed a big order for my family chicken shawarmas, Chicken Tikka Bowl, beef Shawarma Cheese Manees and the very special Beef bowl with Gralic Potatoes The attendant suggested I try legendary as it’s bigger in size and I gave in! My biggest mistake! The bowl that costed me over 20 dollars plus tax had 90% potatoes 1% garlic sauce/hammous, 2% fattoush and only 7% beef meat! Scammers and liars and cheeters Will never buy Shelby’s again especially from Kingston branch/ I was horrified that there was hardly any meat in there !!!! plus the chicken tikka bowl wa so soggy it was like having chicken curry rice !! Eeewwww I just hated the experience! And the Arab speaking girl looked so sleepy and lazy and disoriented!!!! My order number was 45 and she kept calling out 54 8 was watching the screen and knew there wasn’t any 45 so I went told her 45 and she laughed “Yeah 45” I didn’t find that funny!!!!! She must be reading numbers in Arabic! Sick experience so sad to see my kids fav store disappoint us in such a big manner! Don’t cheat your customers!!!! I'm sure all the staff are very good. But the second time I went, the doner was unbelievably bad. In fact, it wasn't even doner. I had a wrap made of overcooked dry meat cubes. I wanted to eat a thinly sliced doner. And unfortunately that's what I got. When I talked to the employee, he told me that the bottom of the doner was left and they couldn't cut it thinly, so they cooked the remaining part on a flat surface and served it that way. Note: I didn't take the last doner, I bought this doner at 5pm. There is a price for selling doners, you cannot sell the last doner to a customer like that. Me and wife wanted to treat ourselves to a nice late night meal. Got two bowls of chicken shawarma. Mandi rice??? With French fries??? With three pcs of shady looking chicken shawarma and a mix of pickles!!! Guys, you horrified the meal when you mixed the ingredients in a bowl. Very disappointing for the price and for the portion and contents of the meal. The person who prepared the food also mixed the stickers and caused wife to having a allergic reaction to tahini.
