This was our 3rd time there and each time has been a 5 star experience. The staff and owners really want to make sure you have a great experience. The restaurant dinners have all been 5 star meals too. Wow do they ever decorate the place for Christmas! We plan to make this a yearly stop from now on. Once in summer and once in December. This is the ideal place to go for an Intimate getaway. Great area to do some bicycling in the summer or take a short walk to the waterfront and take a 1000 Islands boat tour. This was our fist time visiting in December. You can visit the shops and restaurants in Gananoque or a take a short drive to Kingston to do a little shopping. We saw the Gananoque Santa Claus parade and had a great time. Rooms are small and cozy with very nice furnishings that make you feel at home. There is a small fridge and coffee maker too. During the summer there is a back patio to enjoy a meal or a drink, or TWO. Steve, John, and Robin thanks for everything. We will be back. You've been warned. Love...

Graydon's Restaurant at The Woodview Inn is a hidden gem in Gananoque that truly lives up to its reputation. We visited with friends for dinner on a chilly January evening and were pleasantly surprised to find the place bustling with patrons. It quickly became apparent why this charming establishment is so popular.

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish we tried hit the perfect. The staff were super friendly and the prices didn't break the bank. The cozy Victorian vibe of The Woodview Inn was perfect for our winter get-together. If you're in the area, definitely give Graydon's a try. It's a great spot for a tasty meal in a really...

First of all, the food and service here was absolutely splendid. Robin was an amazing hostess. The salmon and French onion soup was exceptional and the lamb was also really good. It truly is a more fine dining experience here. What I really disliked though was the shrimp. I could not understand why this would be a house favourite. It said on the menu that it was “huge prawns” and what came out were mediocre sized shrimp. The sauce also had a bitter taste to it. Truly a shame to an otherwise splendid evening. I would avoid the shrimp at all cost.
