I have mobile ordered in this store many times but today is the most disgusting reaction towards a customer from the employees. ORDER 9257 at 8:42a to be exact i ordered 2 sausage farmers wrap and a large Double double coffee. I was on the phone so I asked someone to come get it and he waited so long for something that was ordered ahead of time and came out without my large coffee. So I went in and I was told by multiple employees that there was no coffee on the receipt and and they all walked away. So I pulled my receipt and ask them to read it, but 1 lady told me that she gave medium coffee, which by the way I didn't ask or payed for. Soo I said im not asking for a free coffee all I want is what I paid for, nothing else! And she realized I did ordered, my cold coffee was sitting on the counter the whole time. After she hand it to me she told me that I need reality check, so I said you work in a customer service industry that she should talked to me that way. Read moreI’ve only been to this location a handful of times and they are absolutely ridiculous!!!! My boyfriend ordered a plan bagel with a slice of cheddar cheese, butter and bacon, as well as a large ice cap with expresso. I ordered a four cheese bagel the same way (butter, one slice of cheese and bacon) with a medium regular ice cap. We received our drinks first which was fine but, noticed they mixed the expresso in the large ice cap which I know from experience is not allowed. Not mention by the time we were heading home and eating our bagels in the car we noticed they had 0 butter on them, they were burnt and had like 6 slices of cheddar cheese on each bagel. I used to work at Tim Hortons for 6 years and I understand brining in more bilingual people COULD be a benefit, but we shouldn’t have to repeat our order 10 times because they didn’t hear it right, don’t understand or messed up our order. This happens at countless locations. Read moreThis place is horrible, in fact all Tim Hortons I go in now are a joke! Go through drive through you leave almost guaranteed it will be wrong. Go in the store today I was in there for over 30 min there is a line up if customers waiting on food only 1 person making food. 2 people standing around chatting. Then I get told they are out of bacon I’d already been waiting for 15 min on just the food so I said just give me a refund 5 min later someone else says we are out of bacon. 8 left without any food or a refund because I don’t have time to wait any longer, I called to make complaint, I have boycotted all Tim Hortons as of today. I’ll support a local diner I can likey go in sit and eat faster then they will ever be able to serve a customer, and guaranteed it will be right!
