TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Today I ordered dinner for myself and my daughter. Upon paying, I was told that my debit card "won't work". I ask them to try again, as my card very much "works". After 4 attempts to pay, I am told that their system doesn't accept BMO debit cards. I ask how they will resolve the issue, as I don't have any cash with me, and I would like to pay for the food I ordered. If paying with a BMO debit card is a known issue, why wasn't I advised in advance, prior to food preparation? The cashier snickered at me, and implied that I didn't have the funds to cover the order. Then she called for a man in the back. Mr Greek himself came out, and began raising his voice at me like a lunatic, shouting "It is a system issue, what's wrong with you? I’ve been a loyal customer at Jimmy The Greek for years, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I asked for just a small spoon of extra cheese—nothing excessive—and was outright refused. Not only that, the staff was dismissive and rude.
If you're charging extra for something as minor as a spoonful of cheese, display it clearly. Transparency should be the bare minimum in customer service.
I spent $40 on two lamb shank meals, and yet you chose to nickel-and-dime over a few cents. You’ve lost a regular customer not because of the money, but because of the attitude.
The main idea behind asking the customer what he wants at the counter is letting the customer pick these small things to their liking.

My brother ate a chicken souvlaki meal and got really severe food poisoning.. was rushed to the hospital the next morning and he could have died. Luckily he is ok now but this could've ended a lot worse.
I am not one to complain about petty concerns- but the least I deserve is a reply from management (at head office). I emailed them several days ago to notify them of this incident involving their chicken. I talked to the manager at the OC location who was apologetic and concerned, but I don't think this has gotten any further.
