Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Oshawa

I had such a wonderful experience at the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill recently! The food was fantastic, especially the famous Blizzard for dessert, which was made to perfection with plenty of toppings.

What truly made my visit special, though, was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Meera and Mihir, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our order was spot on, and everything came out quickly, despite the restaurant being busy.

The place was also clean and well-organized, adding to the overall great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning soon, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend this Dairy...

Went through the drive through to get the 2 for 20 buster bar deal. After the 20 minute wait behind the one car infront of me, a woman proceeded to tell me that my order was $23.64. Now, I know how to do math, and I know tax is 13 cents on the dollar. Tax WOULD have been $22.60. When I brought this up to the girl at the till,she got very agitated and called another girl over. She proceeded to tell me that she has had similar complaints and it is just how it is in the computer,she cant do anything about it. Apparently the owner has been made aware a while ago. I went through the drive thru and ordered a large hot fudge sundae; this is my regular order. What I received was a $6 cup of ice cream with a small amount of fudge. My boyfriend asked if they could please put more fudge, and the girl working was extremely rude, and told him that “that’s the same amount that everyone gets, two shots” and then proceeded to ignore us. $6 for this, when I could’ve paid $3 at McDonald’s and gotten actual fudge. Bear in mind, this is the same location that served me frozen fries and their only resolution was a free snack sized blizzard, after spending $15 on a chicken strip basket.
